@Shinobi_Neil @TalkTalk Yeah; it’s utterly dire. Like, THEY cut me off and mercifully I have found a better provider but it’s the principle. I’m not their customer any more but every month my “bill” drops into my emails.

@TalkTalk again provide diabolical service. A #vulnerable #disabled #pensioners contract term ended 3 years ago, TT continue to overcharge £16 per month for unusable service. Total overcharge circa £600. Complaint made, refund £0. #DISGRACEFUL #UnethicalCompany #Robbery #Cowboys

@TalkTalk I would welcome a call ASAP. I've cancelled my contract with you but have been charged for a router that never worked! I returned router and have proof of delivery on 15 August yet still today I'm being told that the router has yet to be received 😡

Just received another monthly bill from @TalkTalk YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED BROADBAND SINCE I SWAPPED TO EE IN APRIL - STOP BILLING ME - IMMEDIATELY!!! WORST COMPANY TO UNDERSTAND THE BASICS OF SUPPLY AND PAYMENT Jesus H Christ!!!!!!!

@nattam_sayin @TalkTalk I agree , happy to take your money ... if theres a problem they don’t want to know 🤬was on the phone over hr trying to sort my house move out was told to ring back 🤬how hard is it to sort out ! All other company’s I told were brilliant !!!

@TalkTalk worst customer service I’ve witnessed with the misses. Hold for 20 minutes Silent Hold with agents. Checkout option to claim free £5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still don’t understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.

@TalkTalk No... I would need to check that later if it happens again. All I’ve done is the service status. My phone has even popped up with a message saying it’s connected but there’s no internet connection on two occasions.

@TalkTalk I signed up almost a month ago, I've reset and retuned the tv a number of times, still no free view channels, I also had to purchase network Connectors £40!, something else I wasn't told about, please can someone help otherwise I will cancel the direct debit 07481118690

So last December @TalkTalk cancelled my account. 6 months later I am still receiving bills from them despite the fact I have been with BT since Christmas. They don’t answer my calls or my letters. Such APPALLING service as per!

@TalkTalk No help with my broadband which is off since last Wednesday 23/11. Called on Thursday, Fri, Saturday and Monday. No sign of progress. The engineer never showed up although got SMS on my phone. Very disappointed !!!

@TalkTalk I complained that the Eero router was covering 1 room hardly any signal in the rest of the house, I switched on my previous TalkTalk router which covered most of the house but not every where, for the 1st month Eero covered all of the house, then it stopped.

@TalkTalk Hello can you update me as to why we are still waiting for open reach engineer to fix this issue that has been going over 4 weeks ! No land line and the fault is ongoing which is external! Workstack by openreach engineers all this time (OVER 4 Weeks )does not justify whatsoever
