    Please anyone out there do not entertain using @talktalk totally treating my old age pensioner parents like shit. Tried to switch to them and completely messed it up. Cut the virgin cables so now left in limbo and don’t want to sort it out. Please share

    @TalkTalk 0.32mbps download speeds on my last test. Your agent wasn't just slow to reply, they then ended the conversation without resolving my issue. Wasted over an hour of my time.

    Feeling the still the same, sky broadband isn't as good as they say.. totally gutted I moved from @TalkTalk .. surely I would get the same service as it's the same line . Xx

    @TalkTalk They’ve tried to cancel as it was one disaster after another with your engineer but they still keep getting texts saying they are having trouble connecting them even though they have cancelled and they also cut the virgin phone line leaving them without a landline

    @TalkTalk 3 weeks & counting without internet, 3 routers, engineers & multiple phone calls. No accountability, no communication. Escalated to Manchester Management Centre who never called back! Sort it out or tomorrow I speak to @Ofcom

    @TalkTalk is it really that difficult to talk to my old age pensioner parents to resolve their issues. They are now without a phone line and have cancelled with you but still getting contacts regarding issues connecting. But li and behold your engineer has cut their phone line

    @TalkTalk again provide diabolical service. A #vulnerable #disabled #pensioners contract term ended 3 years ago, TT continue to overcharge £16 per month for unusable service. Total overcharge circa £600. Complaint made, refund £0. #DISGRACEFUL #UnethicalCompany #Robbery #Cowboys

    @TalkTalk Terrible service today. Spent 2 hours on the chat line while they tried to sort my lack of landline and Internet. They never bothered to check whether it was a general problem in the are first, and even had me moving my furniture! I found myself that it is an area problem!! 😡

    Looking for a reliable internet provider? Avoid @TalkTalk as they are just money grabbers who will demand payment for a service they can’t or rather, won’t, provide. Not something I normally post but enough is enough. I hate companies who enjoy causing customers stress. 👿

    @TalkTalk You do not understand it, because you didnt wait at home all day for an engineer, but didnt show up without any reason. And instead of trying to resolve the issue, you are telling me the earliest date was in August?

    Is a download speed of 1.29 MBPS from @TalkTalk normal for their domestic broadband? It seems a bit slow to me, currently staying at a relative's house and it's nastily slow. Not being the account holder I can't do anything to rectify.

    Just called my @TalkTalk WiFi because I have no Internet and I cannot work they said your line is fine its the exchange at @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp now I'm not sure if these people work or not but talk talk was telling them my problem and well I still have no Internet
