This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

Checkout option to claim free ยฃ5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still donโt understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.

I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didnโt think to notify anyone about it. Shocking
