    @TalkTalk worst customer service I’ve witnessed with the misses. Hold for 20 minutes Silent Hold with agents. Checkout option to claim free £5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still don’t understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.

    @HannahLewin12 @TalkTalk There is a cell tower down in Ton-Teg Cf38 we don’t have any phone signal in our area, might not have anything to do with your issue though.

    Is anyone having issues with @Talktalk. My fibre broadband speeds drop to about 10meg at 9pm every night. This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

    Feeling the still the same, sky broadband isn't as good as they say.. totally gutted I moved from @TalkTalk .. surely I would get the same service as it's the same line . Xx

    @TalkTalk I would welcome a call ASAP. I've cancelled my contract with you but have been charged for a router that never worked! I returned router and have proof of delivery on 15 August yet still today I'm being told that the router has yet to be received 😡

    7 days without internet @TalkTalk say it’s a problem at the exchange. If so come on @OpenreachHelp please sort it out. Sorry to do on Twitter but it seems to be the only way to get through to these companies.

    @NathanShahid2 @TalkTalk I have had the same problem, waited patiently for 37 days when I call chase they tell me a code hasn't be raised so they will escalate and take another 35 days, totally unacceptable, and very bad service!!

    @MrProWestie @jbripley If you haven’t got Fibre to door then yeah, Virgin is your only option and it should cost £40 not £90, but if you don’t have either, it’s pretty bad. I get 500 down 50 up now for £40pm from @TalkTalk I don’t always get that high but it’s close.

    @TalkTalk Thank you i have phoned the support team who were a great help,arranged an appointment. Just a shame the online chat team didn’t offer any kind of help or even give me a number to call as they stated “no point in complaining” seems the team there need a little Customer training
