This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

Checkout option to claim free £5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still don’t understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.

They’re sending a new router while we also just received an email saying there were engineer works and everything is fixed (it isn’t). Please tell me what is going on? This is crazy!
