Is anyone having issues with @Talktalk. My fibre broadband speeds drop to about 10meg at 9pm every night. This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

@TalkTalk I would welcome a call ASAP. I've cancelled my contract with you but have been charged for a router that never worked! I returned router and have proof of delivery on 15 August yet still today I'm being told that the router has yet to be received 😡

@TalkTalk worst customer service I’ve witnessed with the misses. Hold for 20 minutes Silent Hold with agents. Checkout option to claim free £5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still don’t understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.

@TalkTalk Thanks for taking the time to reply, but have done all that as this has happened many times in the past. Being able to set a window either side of the recording would fix it, like other companies allow
