    @andrea_pocknell I had to shame talktalk on twitter to get them to finally sort out my parents' telephone bill when they went into care. The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

    @TalkTalk No broadband for two days and no clear way to get help. The online line test keeps saying there’s a fault with the line but nothing happens after that. We’re two people trying to work from home, please can someone get in touch...

    @HannahLewin12 @TalkTalk There is a cell tower down in Ton-Teg Cf38 we don’t have any phone signal in our area, might not have anything to do with your issue though.

    @joycemcm @TalkTalk Our TalkTalk reception here in Cardiff is really poor too. Zoom keeps telling us we've got a poor connection - which we can see as people freeze in their boxes!

    @Shinobi_Neil @TalkTalk Yeah; it’s utterly dire. Like, THEY cut me off and mercifully I have found a better provider but it’s the principle. I’m not their customer any more but every month my “bill” drops into my emails.

    Is anyone having issues with @Talktalk. My fibre broadband speeds drop to about 10meg at 9pm every night. This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

    So last December @TalkTalk cancelled my account. 6 months later I am still receiving bills from them despite the fact I have been with BT since Christmas. They don’t answer my calls or my letters. Such APPALLING service as per!

    @TalkTalk I signed up almost a month ago, I've reset and retuned the tv a number of times, still no free view channels, I also had to purchase network Connectors £40!, something else I wasn't told about, please can someone help otherwise I will cancel the direct debit 07481118690

    21 days & someone will be out to connect up my internet that I have subscribed to. It’s been nearly a month and no one. I called in stayed on the phone for 8 mins then got cut off. I havent even got internet yet and the service is bordering on @TalkTalk service @UKAirband

    @TalkTalk Unbelievably crappy service for an 83 year old customer of mine - hours of phonecalls and no resolution, CANNOT get anyone to take a complaint and no acknowledgement of a polite email to CEO asking for help. Customer won't move, they want to keep their email address 😡
