.@TalkTalk When my contract runs out, why should I stay? I was thinking of switching to Virgin which is a little more expensive but a lot faster as they have a dedicated network.

@TalkTalk told if she cancels direct debit for a service (that isn't working) the account will be referred to a debt collecting agency. Is this how you treat customers?

@Shinobi_Neil @TalkTalk Yeah; it’s utterly dire. Like, THEY cut me off and mercifully I have found a better provider but it’s the principle. I’m not their customer any more but every month my “bill” drops into my emails.

@TalkTalk I signed up almost a month ago, I've reset and retuned the tv a number of times, still no free view channels, I also had to purchase network Connectors £40!, something else I wasn't told about, please can someone help otherwise I will cancel the direct debit 07481118690

@TalkTalk absolutely disgusting customer service. My partners mother, an elderly vulnerable adult is paying for Internet but its not working and they won't let her or her daughter discuss the account because she can't remember security questions.

@andrea_pocknell I had to shame talktalk on twitter to get them to finally sort out my parents' telephone bill when they went into care. The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

@joycemcm @TalkTalk Our TalkTalk reception here in Cardiff is really poor too. Zoom keeps telling us we've got a poor connection - which we can see as people freeze in their boxes!

So last December @TalkTalk cancelled my account. 6 months later I am still receiving bills from them despite the fact I have been with BT since Christmas. They don’t answer my calls or my letters. Such APPALLING service as per!

@TalkTalk I've called you 6 times in the last few month and I still have Internet that is cutting off all day after 3 engineers have been to sort it out and now you have the cheek to charge me 65 pound for an engineer who came out and said my Internet connection should never of been left

@TalkTalk Your online chat doesn’t work. I waited 30 minutes to speak to someone and they still couldn’t help me. Second day without internet. I hope it gets fixed soon and I am compensated. You don’t realise your customers have jobs so it’s not easy to take time off work.

@TalkTalk I'm not an account holder so nobody will speak to me... even though a stranger managed to cancel his internet! Isn't that some sort of fraud? My dad has been trying to get this resolved all day only to be told there's nothing you can do! Pretty poor.
