    @TranmereCrohnie @TalkTalk Yep, there customer service is shocking.I rely on the internet,work lots from home, they don’t care when the net is down. Sky were great, solution focused and no issues. Talk talk on the other hand, awful. Our 18 month contract ends soon and we’re definitely changing.

    @TalkTalk making it so difficult for my old mum. She needs them to get the email account details correct & for them to stop sending emails to my dad who we lost last year. Call & they don’t understand. Email & they close down the “incident” without actually doing anything......
