@TalkTalk my talk talk plus tv box is not working properly eg freezing up,turning off randomly,having to reset it 3-4 times a day,went on chat on 4th May,told a new box would be with me within 2-5 days,today 9 days later I am told it was not ordered,1.5 hrs on chat later no joy

@TalkTalk TalkTalk go around changing settings and servers all over the place not letting PAYING CUSTOMERS know about it, mass email to everyone would be fair, but no TalkTalk can’t do that because they don’t care. That’s why I am with BT the best, TalkTalk the worst.

New @TalkTalk customer. Go live date 12/5, solid orange light on router since then. Network shows up in available networks list and connects but says no internet. And the website won't log me in so I can't try and do online chat. Very poor impression so far 😐
