    @Lukathy95 @TalkTalk normally its no problem never had any issues, seems stable now so maybe it is the router here , sending me a brand new one to test with , just the upload speed that was droppin off, maybe i restarted too many times it hated it DLM<< etc did

    @TalkTalk appointments with me is BEYOND RUDE. I would NEVER miss an appointment with a client without fair warning and a VERY GOOD reason. Oh and to top it off, I keep being on hold for so long that the phone line goes dead and HAVING TO START IT ALL AGAIN! #FURIOUS #

    @TalkTalk As I say, they have done - what I'm saying is that you and other service providers should be trying to work out, together, what is going on - or passing it on to Openreach - rather than addressing in a piecemeal, per customer way.

    Please note @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog that I flagged this on Twitter as urgent to @TalkTalk on Friday since their staff couldn’t resolve after 13 hours on phone and they falsely made out on Friday they would help just for the Twitter audience - THEY DID NOTHING
