@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@OpenreachHelp We’v been in constant lengthy discussions with @TalkTalk & they’re saying it is down to Openreach They’re now saying phone won’t be working until at least 3rd June. Disgusting treatment of elderly vulnerable person by both companies. Both should be ashamed but don’t seem to care

@jayerinxo @TalkTalk I have the same problem in London. I did all the online tests and then their sms told me to call their customer service. When I call @talktalk customer service they tell me they are closed. So we are paying for a service we are not getting #TalkTalkDownAgain
