@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@TalkTalk my elderly parents home phone has not worked for 2 weeks I have tried to sort this via my mobile it took forever to pass security I understand why but very hard when parents can hardly speak or hear to give info , then to be asked to check the box and unscrew help

@talktalk already charge me nearly £40 a month for an inadequate service, a full fibre package when I have a copper connection to the house... now they want £80 for a new router because the one they originally supplied will not support updates... Please avoid Talktalk
