@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@TalkTalk I've called twice today to cancel my contract. Both times I have been transferred to the cancellation team, waited 30 minutes then been cut off. This is ridiculous. I've had an email saying my contract is ending so it's my right to stop the renewal. Can somebody help me

@TalkTalk Phoned up to query upgrading my account, call put through in seconds. Transferred through to customer loyalty and waited 25 minutes. Phoned again, waited another 25 minutes. Can I request someone to call me directly?

@TalkTalk I have received an email about setting up a broadband contract that I did not set up. The email appears credible. As does second the email for DD agreement. It may be a possible fraud. I’ve spent 10 minutes on hold to your customer service line not getting through.
