    @Bogi73794124 @TalkTalk Complain to Ofcom as this may not be legal. Talk talk have made a big thing of never increasing prices mid contract so at very least it is misselling. If enough people complain it will be stopped.

    @TalkTalk Had a hell of a time trying to pay my bill today! Nothing wrong with the people I spoke to. The issue lies within the system that needs to be updated with newer phones.

    @TalkTalk @bt_uk It’s says no issues, I can see there is work taking place near the green cabinet, no one there right now to ask what is happening. Broadband and phone line down.

    @TalkTalk I have now been a week without broadband and the engineer today said this was not an Openreach issue, but no one has been in contact with me and no one to contact on live chat? Please resolve this

    @luke100watt @olde_seadog @TalkTalk They are telling me today that they are going to increase my fixed price place by £2 per month next month....half way into the contract. What is the definition of fixed price plan? This is why companies fail, they don’t look after reasonable customers.

    Golly @TalkTalk please sort your customer service for your customers who are moving house. My in-laws have tried 4 times to sort this out and now my husband is on a call to you which started at 3pm today.... “you are caller number 9726473882* in our queue” *4 actually but...

    @TalkTalk I arranged on 06/02 for my account to be cancelled and my service disconnected on 13/03 but you haven’t done it! Tried online chat, promised call back (nowt), tried ringing, was put on hold - I can’t spend hours on the phone due to work! It should just be cancelled!

    To @TalkTalk. I changed ISPs from you. No problem - efficient changeover. Except since then - endless stream of msgs asking why I left. I tried today to answer one to quickly say 'pls stop spamming' Turned out link in msg requires fill in personal info before I can say anything!
