@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@TalkTalk My mother is a customer of yours, is 88 years old, lives on her own and is registered as a vunerable person. Despite reporting the issue on numerous occasions, she has had an intermittent fault on her phone line for over 2 years. When will you sort this out?????

@TalkTalk was on the phone for 3 hours with one of your engineers 2 weeks ago fixing broadband and land-line issues. Since then we have got 1/5 of the speed we used to so rang up again. The engineer ran a test, disconnected our Internet then left the chat. Now without Internet.
