    @Lukathy95 @TalkTalk normally its no problem never had any issues, seems stable now so maybe it is the router here , sending me a brand new one to test with , just the upload speed that was droppin off, maybe i restarted too many times it hated it DLM<< etc did

    @TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

    @TalkTalk I currently have no internet. Service says the line is fine. The router is up running with a solid white light. But all my devices are connected with no internet

    @lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

    Call handler from @TalkTalk refused to put me through to the complaints dept when I wanted a complaint recording! I'm asking for compensation because my speed is just 6mbps when I should be getting a min 50mbps! #shitshow
