@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@DanielHyde @TalkTalk Yeah TalkTalk have said it's a line issue as well. We don't have a phone, no. I know how to get into the test socket, yeah.

@DanielHyde @TalkTalk Already gave that a go (the PC the powerline adapters are normally used for was temporarily moved upstairs and disconnected from the router. Same outcome as originally found - barely 2Mbps down and not even 1Mbps up.

@TalkTalk another fail get the failed cable off my lawn and treat ex customers with respect I.e. deal with your horrendous customer service failings . and pay the compensation for wasting my life. As you ignore ex customers that leave when your uncompetitive and useless
