    @TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

    @lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

    @TalkTalk After 4 no shows whilst trying to get full fibre and days spent on the phone going thru endless security. We came to the conclusion to terminate our contract. Why am I surprised to be billed and you haven't closed my acc. Beyond useless@talktalk

    @TalkTalk No internet since for 3 weeks now, they keep saying they fixed it, such liars...they don't register the faults because they don't want to pay compensation for their lack of service. They said they sent me a new router on Tuesday, it is now Sunday. I want my compensation. 8 months

    @TalkTalk WIFI down for 4 days, and now unable to access account to speak to anyone. Apparently they’re aware of faults on their end but cannot confirm when will be fixed. In the meantime, happy to take taking money of their customers 👀 GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT!!!

    @TalkTalk I have. 4 days without wifi and nobody is bothering to help! Need internet to work tomorrow yet nobody can be bothered to give me an update. Typical I’ve just renewed my contract with you guys 👀

    @TalkTalk I have had no WiFi for around 4 hours now, have tried click to chat 3 times, it keeps disconnecting and your phone lines are closed on a Sunday. Can someone help please?!
