@lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

@TalkTalk That’s useless. Keeps saying that there’s nothing wrong. “problems may not show up for 15 minutes” well it’s gone off 6 times now since 5 o’clock but according to the website nothing’s wrong.

Hey @TalkTalk it's 3 weeks since I signed up. After chasing your customer service team 5 times I still don't have internet, or even a router to look at. Mobile data bill is through the roof becaus I need internet to WFH. Bet @virginmedia could do it faster. #embarrassing #isitok
