@BBCRadioSolent Talktalk has disabled all forms of contact including messaging. My phone and many others are not working. I and many others have serious health problems and phone is vital. Can you advise or find out what is wrong with their service please. Stay safe 😊

@YvonneBurdett3 This man is an idiot. We all complained at the time. Although by the time we found out how much they had spent they’d already spent it. The original complaint was about Dido Harding who has messed up every job she’s ever had, including ruining TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk Never had such a terrible service from a provider. No landline for 2 weeks, even bought a new phone to check our end. Reported last Wednesday and assured 2 days, lost internet last Thursday and earliest resolution 17th. SHOCKING SERVICE, using mobile data to post.
