@darth_na @TalkTalk It’s entirely different business silos in my experience. Cross-over in past have been interesting between small biz w/ maybe 4 employees and family w/ 2 children. Essentially the same service but one is enterprise contract while other is commercial.

Day 36 update: another false dawn! Apparently today is the day @TalkTalk will call to discuss dates. @WeAreOpenreach won’t do anything until @TalkTalk do something! I am beyond being polite but refuse to use expletives but for crying out loud this is disgraceful service

@BBCRadioSolent Talktalk has disabled all forms of contact including messaging. My phone and many others are not working. I and many others have serious health problems and phone is vital. Can you advise or find out what is wrong with their service please. Stay safe 😊

@TalkTalk It takes too longer to do anything over messages. The only way deal with it quickly is to call but in reality that doesn't help either, I'll still have to wait a few to get an open reach engineer out and usually it has sort it self out.

@angelo_merker @TalkTalk You should stay well away from talktalk they mess up a home move with me charge me for things i never ordered they are not honest, stay well away from them, they take random amounts ££ out of peoples bank accounts be lucky to get 6MB from wifi and they charge you for 900MB

@TalkTalk So another week of poor Internet speeds, today lucky to hit 6mbps download. Also tried to renew contract and the best deal was on a higher plan which them knew they are unable to meet speeds specified and had to go for the fibre 35 which cost more than the fibre 65.😤
