Great deal for @TalkTalk super fast fibre for £21.95 a month unless of course you're an existing customer where you're charged an "admin fee" to upgrade despite being a loyal existing customer committing to another 24 months!

Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

@BBCRadioSolent Talktalk has disabled all forms of contact including messaging. My phone and many others are not working. I and many others have serious health problems and phone is vital. Can you advise or find out what is wrong with their service please. Stay safe 😊

@TalkTalk no resolution decided to get higher operator to call me , told the whole story …. Was asked to call openreach and ask what’s going on because talk talk did everything they could to get them to do the job but opereach seems never do anything but sending fake reports to talk talk

Just got fobbed off with an email link from @TalkTalk regarding my devices not connecting to the new. The router is connecting to the net, devices are not connecting to the net but are linked to the router. Devices telling me it's a DNS and wifi issue. No help.
