Great deal for @TalkTalk super fast fibre for £21.95 a month unless of course you're an existing customer where you're charged an "admin fee" to upgrade despite being a loyal existing customer committing to another 24 months!

Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

@kim_mcclure3 @TalkTalk I have been having the same problem. No manager available at the CeO department to pick up the phone. Left voicemails. Then they email me saying that I had not got in contact. It took around 3 months to finally talk to one of them #TalkTalkDownAgain

@jayerinxo @TalkTalk I have the same problem in London. I did all the online tests and then their sms told me to call their customer service. When I call @talktalk customer service they tell me they are closed. So we are paying for a service we are not getting #TalkTalkDownAgain
