@BBCRadioSolent Talktalk has disabled all forms of contact including messaging. My phone and many others are not working. I and many others have serious health problems and phone is vital. Can you advise or find out what is wrong with their service please. Stay safe 😊

Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

Two weeks ago my broadband failed. I spent hours on the phone to your support desk, after which I was sent a new router, which didn't help. Then a TalkTalk engineer was sent. He established that the router wasn’t the issue and that there was an outside fault. 2/5

@TalkTalk your customer service is rubbish you you decided to put fast fibre in my property and since then the internet has dropped out every day I have to switch off the router then reset my tv as sky q runs on Wi-Fi we are pensioners my husband is disabled he can’t reset the tv

@TalkTalk I have a complaint ongoing since December, after 20 calls to various staff and 3 from the complaints team still no progress! Shambles now you can't even get through on the phone! Talk talk customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!

@ThatProgrammer @tnewtondunn Very strange. Hopefully it won't happen again. I never really have issues with TalkTalk - only maybe once or twice per year and it dosen't last very long. Only reason I'm considering changing ISP is because they don't offer speeds above 60mbps in my area.

We’re getting fobbed off in York with ‘priority’ ‘engineers at work’ - warm words - when can my business resume?
