@BBCRadioSolent Talktalk has disabled all forms of contact including messaging. My phone and many others are not working. I and many others have serious health problems and phone is vital. Can you advise or find out what is wrong with their service please. Stay safe 😊

Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

Internet has gone off at home, had to contact the ISP to get it sorted. They have an AI assistant that doesn't understand English, can't answer any questions, and will cut you off without any resolution or help offered. I'm looking at you @TalkTalk
