    @YvonneBurdett3 This man is an idiot. We all complained at the time. Although by the time we found out how much they had spent they’d already spent it. The original complaint was about Dido Harding who has messed up every job she’s ever had, including ruining TalkTalk.

    @darth_na @TalkTalk It’s entirely different business silos in my experience. Cross-over in past have been interesting between small biz w/ maybe 4 employees and family w/ 2 children. Essentially the same service but one is enterprise contract while other is commercial.

    @TalkTalk Hello Andy the guy was cool he did understand my life and issues with my bills he said to get a new contract they had to hear from shell broadband but they haven’t responded as yet and he said did I really cancel with them so DM WILL SHOW YOU THE SCREENSHOT IVE JUST DONE AS PROOF

    Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

    Great deal for @TalkTalk super fast fibre for £21.95 a month unless of course you're an existing customer where you're charged an "admin fee" to upgrade despite being a loyal existing customer committing to another 24 months!

    @TalkTalk @BT_Openreach my 89 year old father with dementia has been without a telephone line for almost a week. Today the engineer finally attends to be told that it cannot be fixed today. This is a very poor service leaving somebody elderly very vulnerable. Disgraceful

    @TalkTalk are just #ripoffbritain i have read through the THOUSANDS of complaints on Trustpilot and Hamsa seems to be the worst iv read but there are Thousands And Thousands of similer complaints And All they do in return is get a guy called karl to give a lame generic response!

    @TalkTalk we have had no internet to speak of for 2 days now. Check speed and at 2.6 mps! Can't even browse on one phone, you are charging us £34 per month for no service! Call you and you try to sell us upgrade. Why can't you fix the problem? @TalkTalk worst internet provider?
