Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

@BBCRadioSolent Talktalk has disabled all forms of contact including messaging. My phone and many others are not working. I and many others have serious health problems and phone is vital. Can you advise or find out what is wrong with their service please. Stay safe 😊

@TalkTalk Hello Andy the guy was cool he did understand my life and issues with my bills he said to get a new contract they had to hear from shell broadband but they haven’t responded as yet and he said did I really cancel with them so DM WILL SHOW YOU THE SCREENSHOT IVE JUST DONE AS PROOF

Great deal for @TalkTalk super fast fibre for £21.95 a month unless of course you're an existing customer where you're charged an "admin fee" to upgrade despite being a loyal existing customer committing to another 24 months!

@darth_na @TalkTalk It’s entirely different business silos in my experience. Cross-over in past have been interesting between small biz w/ maybe 4 employees and family w/ 2 children. Essentially the same service but one is enterprise contract while other is commercial.

I would never go back to talktalk read reviews do u want hassle. Hours on phone people cant have confirmation of your board band ended putting phone down in the middle of trying to end it. Trustpilot boardband. Co. Uk. Site jabbers. Too much hassle. Vodafone uk. Three 3 r tonsbet

Talktalk 1013738840 need u to make sure no service no contract. Paid set price dec end of contract. I rung to make sure it was done u put phone down in middle ***** trick. Then thought i would get attention on trustpilot. Dated 2 dec u applied on 9 th dec.

Stay away form @TalkTalk ! You won't be able to get out, they'll do anything to keep you paying and won't cancel when you ask even if your contact run out. Tried to cancel via 5+ advisers and a formal complaint. Still no luck so they still charging. #ScamAlert #obstacles #avoid
