Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

Great deal for @TalkTalk super fast fibre for £21.95 a month unless of course you're an existing customer where you're charged an "admin fee" to upgrade despite being a loyal existing customer committing to another 24 months!

@YvonneBurdett3 This man is an idiot. We all complained at the time. Although by the time we found out how much they had spent they’d already spent it. The original complaint was about Dido Harding who has messed up every job she’s ever had, including ruining TalkTalk.

@Pass_Move Anyone but @talktalk £600 out of pocket a few years back to cancel because 0.56mbs was still ‘providing me with a service’ and kept threatening to charge £49 for an engineer 🙄 switched to @SkyUK and now at 72mbs. Same phone line, no-ones been out to fix anything 🤔
