Great deal for @TalkTalk super fast fibre for £21.95 a month unless of course you're an existing customer where you're charged an "admin fee" to upgrade despite being a loyal existing customer committing to another 24 months!

Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

@TalkTalk We have now been without landline for 4 weeks and without wifi for 2 weeks. We are getting nowhere with talktalk. They are blaming Openreach but we have had it confirmed there is no issue with Openreach so what the hell is going on? The customer service is diabolical.
