    Great deal for @TalkTalk super fast fibre for £21.95 a month unless of course you're an existing customer where you're charged an "admin fee" to upgrade despite being a loyal existing customer committing to another 24 months!

    @SkyUK why won’t your broadband let me on @Facebook @Twitter etc. Next doors @TalkTalk and my @EE 4g is fine. Maybe I’ll cancel and switch. Not happy.

    @OpenreachHelp This is the second service provider we ditched @TalkTalk after the earlier fiasco this is now @Vodaphone4 also I am not the account holder just the end user

    Day 36 update: another false dawn! Apparently today is the day @TalkTalk will call to discuss dates. @WeAreOpenreach won’t do anything until @TalkTalk do something! I am beyond being polite but refuse to use expletives but for crying out loud this is disgraceful service

    I’m very pleased with @TalkTalk today. We have a problem on our broadband where using a VPN stops everything else from working. I posted on the Community and less than 0.5hr later I’m being sent a replacement router. Praise where it is due!

    Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

    Day 36 and the residents believe that @TalkTalk might be installing a router this morning but since @WeAreOpenreach have yet to give a date to connect the house to the network they will still be waiting for broadband for at least another 4 days #incompetence

    @TalkTalk Yes its still on going, old smaller router works fine on wifi Your new bigger one you sent is put it bluntly is ****. Tried reporting it on my account so they could run a test. But no WiFi to do it with. So gone back to my oldest one.???

    I'm a teacher and @TalkTalk have left me for four days now with no internet whatsoever, meaning I can't deliver online teaching at home. The repeated calls back and engineer visits I have been promised haven't happened. They did find the time to bill me though. Appalling service.
