    Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

    talktalk says thank you to the ones that keep us talking which is ironic given that you need a consistently functioning broadband connection to keep in touch. ive never had talktalk, but ive heard bad things about them #BritainGetTalking

    Great deal for @TalkTalk super fast fibre for £21.95 a month unless of course you're an existing customer where you're charged an "admin fee" to upgrade despite being a loyal existing customer committing to another 24 months!

    @TalkTalk This Box cost me £2 more and didn’t work unless I purchased a memory stick for £15 ! The cost was rising and still you don’t seem to understand that failure to deliver means a BROKEN contract ! No cancellation required!!!

    @SayersBHAFC @TalkTalk We had the same rubbish service from TalkTalk,fibre never worked customer service were a joke.we were without Internet for weeks.changed to virgin & was set up within a few days,brilliant service.

    @Channel4 @More4Tweets @TalkTalk is there an issue with talk talk? Regarding this matter either. It's constantly not allowing me to watch programmes. I'm not happy with the service at moment.

    @TalkTalk Apparently there is no problem with the line. No one activated the connection/account prior to installation and despite chhattin to your helpline on Monday they said it would take 24 hours from installation until it became active but they obviously didn't check if everything.
