    I’m very pleased with @TalkTalk today. We have a problem on our broadband where using a VPN stops everything else from working. I posted on the Community and less than 0.5hr later I’m being sent a replacement router. Praise where it is due!

    Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

    Great deal for @TalkTalk super fast fibre for £21.95 a month unless of course you're an existing customer where you're charged an "admin fee" to upgrade despite being a loyal existing customer committing to another 24 months!

    @TalkTalk I have been working hybrid for months and remotely access my work system. Couldn't get remote access all day yesterday but was able to on Hotspot. Internet was working fine but not allowing remote access. Colleagues had same issue today. TalkTalk useless on the phone

    Seriously unimpressed with @TalkTalk and their SG4K100130 router. My sister in law was tearing her hair out dealing with tech support. I had to go into advanced settings and turn off VLAN tagging to get it to work. Regular users should not have to do this.
