    I’m very pleased with @TalkTalk today. We have a problem on our broadband where using a VPN stops everything else from working. I posted on the Community and less than 0.5hr later I’m being sent a replacement router. Praise where it is due!

    Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

    Great deal for @TalkTalk super fast fibre for £21.95 a month unless of course you're an existing customer where you're charged an "admin fee" to upgrade despite being a loyal existing customer committing to another 24 months!

    @TalkTalk Your service is down yet again, it drops daily but today its dead. Why is it when ever someone like google has a problem TalkTalk is the only ISP to completely breakdown. Any person reading this, please listen.. NEVER go with talktalk no matter what a good deal it looks.. never.

    @TalkTalk Shame on you. Contacted you to report a fault on my elderly Mother's phone. You identified the fault, but won't fix it until you speak to elderly Mother on phone. Just repeat that round in your head until it makes sense.. Just.... can someone.... please.... go fix it.
