    Day 36 and the residents believe that @TalkTalk might be installing a router this morning but since @WeAreOpenreach have yet to give a date to connect the house to the network they will still be waiting for broadband for at least another 4 days #incompetence

    @YvonneBurdett3 This man is an idiot. We all complained at the time. Although by the time we found out how much they had spent they’d already spent it. The original complaint was about Dido Harding who has messed up every job she’s ever had, including ruining TalkTalk.

    I’m very pleased with @TalkTalk today. We have a problem on our broadband where using a VPN stops everything else from working. I posted on the Community and less than 0.5hr later I’m being sent a replacement router. Praise where it is due!

    @TalkTalk I’ve wasted yet another morning trying to sort my internet (broken, I’m leaving) and yesterday the chat went dead after nearly an hour then when I try to leave today on the phone… it went dead after 40 minutes, so I’m still without Internet and unable to leave, great!!
