    @TalkTalk No... I would need to check that later if it happens again. All I’ve done is the service status. My phone has even popped up with a message saying it’s connected but there’s no internet connection on two occasions.

    @TalkTalk absolutely disgusting customer service. My partners mother, an elderly vulnerable adult is paying for Internet but its not working and they won't let her or her daughter discuss the account because she can't remember security questions.

    @TalkTalk again provide diabolical service. A #vulnerable #disabled #pensioners contract term ended 3 years ago, TT continue to overcharge £16 per month for unusable service. Total overcharge circa £600. Complaint made, refund £0. #DISGRACEFUL #UnethicalCompany #Robbery #Cowboys

    @TalkTalk I don’t know it. They said it’s been activated now but it’s not working.. So I need to see when I get home what the issue is.

    So last December @TalkTalk cancelled my account. 6 months later I am still receiving bills from them despite the fact I have been with BT since Christmas. They don’t answer my calls or my letters. Such APPALLING service as per!

    @TalkTalk Thanks for replying Harold. I do appreciate your help. As I said earlier though, I can't access your online service dashboard because I don't have internet access and my mobile network connection is just too weak. Updates on here would help, otherwise I'm in the dark! Thank you.

    @TalkTalk my fiancée works from home and often has very important meetings which she cannot now do from home. Extremely poor customer service as you haven't offered any solution or assistance

    @TalkTalk very poor from you guys. We asked our Internet to be switched off on the 27th June which you confirmed to us was the case, yet you have cancelled it today. You've admitted wrong doing but have said there is nothing you can do now. Furious and very disappointed.

    So @TalkTalk refused to fix the problem with the awful internet connection, fobbing us off for months. Continued to charge us for the tv package we cancelled that didn’t work. Now have the cheek to charge us for the ****** router that we’ve already returned.
