    @Shinobi_Neil @TalkTalk Yeah; it’s utterly dire. Like, THEY cut me off and mercifully I have found a better provider but it’s the principle. I’m not their customer any more but every month my “bill” drops into my emails.

    So last December @TalkTalk cancelled my account. 6 months later I am still receiving bills from them despite the fact I have been with BT since Christmas. They don’t answer my calls or my letters. Such APPALLING service as per!

    @andrea_pocknell I had to shame talktalk on twitter to get them to finally sort out my parents' telephone bill when they went into care. The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

    @andylance1977 @TalkTalk I had a similar thing with sky a few years ago when my dad couldn't get a signal n we cancelled in the cooling off period they said he had to pay the full years fee. After months of dispute they referred it a debt collectors, I spoke to them n they said ok we'll close the case.

    @TalkTalk I signed up almost a month ago, I've reset and retuned the tv a number of times, still no free view channels, I also had to purchase network Connectors £40!, something else I wasn't told about, please can someone help otherwise I will cancel the direct debit 07481118690

    @TalkTalk absolutely disgusting customer service. My partners mother, an elderly vulnerable adult is paying for Internet but its not working and they won't let her or her daughter discuss the account because she can't remember security questions.

    .@TalkTalk When my contract runs out, why should I stay? I was thinking of switching to Virgin which is a little more expensive but a lot faster as they have a dedicated network.

    @TalkTalk told if she cancels direct debit for a service (that isn't working) the account will be referred to a debt collecting agency. Is this how you treat customers?

    Called @TalkTalk on behalf of a pensioner as her bill has increased from £32 to £45 and they told her the best they could do was £59 p/m. Spoke to somebody else myself 2 mins later and miraculously the bill was bought down to the same price she was paying before. What a joke🤧

    @TalkTalk can you get a manager or someone to call me please. I sit on hold for 20 mins at a time! I have a complaint and need to talk to a person in charge, talking and having to explain this to your team on the phone every few days is soul destroying.

    @TalkTalk No, she is speaking to a 3rd person now. The person she raised the complaint with she stopped speaking to at 9:56am and was passed to another team at 10:53am and then another at 11:18am this was who told her to ring herself to sort it

    @TalkTalkBizCare Absolutely furious at TalkTalk Business support. Totally useless. TalkTalk has the domain for our local rugby club and will not release it. It was set up by one of your former employees with Opal. Never, ever through a TT account. We just want the domain back.

    @talktalk Holy cow!! My "faster fibre" line is not working, and a new router is in the post, alledgely. So I'm using my phone as a mobile hot-spot, and it is actually faster than your so-called faster fibre!!! Now I'm asking why I need faster fibre at all?
