    @andrea_pocknell I had to shame talktalk on twitter to get them to finally sort out my parents' telephone bill when they went into care. The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

    @TalkTalk my mother has had 4 engineers to her house since February as she has had trouble with the land-line. Each one has told her the problem is outside the house. She hadn't been able to use the phone since Feb and each time she calls you, it is the same.

    .@TalkTalk When my contract runs out, why should I stay? I was thinking of switching to Virgin which is a little more expensive but a lot faster as they have a dedicated network.

    @TalkTalk absolutely disgusting customer service. My partners mother, an elderly vulnerable adult is paying for Internet but its not working and they won't let her or her daughter discuss the account because she can't remember security questions.

    So last December @TalkTalk cancelled my account. 6 months later I am still receiving bills from them despite the fact I have been with BT since Christmas. They don’t answer my calls or my letters. Such APPALLING service as per!

    @TalkTalk told if she cancels direct debit for a service (that isn't working) the account will be referred to a debt collecting agency. Is this how you treat customers?

    @TalkTalk I’m going around in a loop. My internet keeps dropping out. Your automated checks say the line is fine. It isn’t. Your customer service advisor said they can’t send out an engineer because the line is fine. It really isnt. I’ve done that for a week. It keeps dropping out. Help!

    @TalkTalk I signed up almost a month ago, I've reset and retuned the tv a number of times, still no free view channels, I also had to purchase network Connectors £40!, something else I wasn't told about, please can someone help otherwise I will cancel the direct debit 07481118690

    @TalkTalk The last engineer has just left telling us it is an outside problem. A message comes to check inside house. For the 4th time. Mum complains on a text message and someone says they can help. First question.. Are you having issues with calls on the line? Does anybody read the notes

    @andylance1977 @TalkTalk I had a similar thing with sky a few years ago when my dad couldn't get a signal n we cancelled in the cooling off period they said he had to pay the full years fee. After months of dispute they referred it a debt collectors, I spoke to them n they said ok we'll close the case.

    @joycemcm @TalkTalk Our TalkTalk reception here in Cardiff is really poor too. Zoom keeps telling us we've got a poor connection - which we can see as people freeze in their boxes!

    @Shinobi_Neil @TalkTalk Yeah; it’s utterly dire. Like, THEY cut me off and mercifully I have found a better provider but it’s the principle. I’m not their customer any more but every month my “bill” drops into my emails.

    @TalkTalk Problem with out/in bound calls, alarms (broadband OK). Tried to report latest fault (4th in 8 days) via website as mobile dead. Website SUCKS BIG TIME. Cannot report fault, concerned only with broadband, won't connect. Frail 85 yrs dementia reliant on fall monitor.

    @JR66112852 I’ve my phone lines and broadband bundled in with my gas and electric with Utility Warehouse. Not had any issues. Had a bad experience with TalkTalk years ago, refuse to ever have anything to do with them again

    Why cant I talk to Talk Talk they make it totally impossible....worst company in the UK to provide Broadband...I have cancelled my account and I am still being billed????Does nobody communicate at TalkTalk??

    I'm not a moany person by nature, but I feel the people deserve a warning: Never use @TalkTalk the absolute worst. Cancelled a switchover 2 days before installation which will leave us internetless until 28th March. Outrageous and disinterested.
