Milly May (@MillyMayBlenkin) reported from Cardiff, Wales@TalkTalk No broadband for two days and no clear way to get help. The online line test keeps saying there’s a fault with the line but nothing happens after that. We’re two people trying to work from home, please can someone get in touch...

Cloudgazer (@cumulojimbus72) reported from Portishead and North Weston, England@TalkTalk I’m going around in a loop. My internet keeps dropping out. Your automated checks say the line is fine.
