    Hello @TalkTalk why are you still trying to bill me when I switched provider to @EE who, incidentally, are providing a much better service at a much lower price than you ever did. I also never had the £85 cash back promised. Take anything owed out of that 👍🏼 avoid Talk Talk!!!

    Please anyone out there do not entertain using @talktalk totally treating my old age pensioner parents like shit. Tried to switch to them and completely messed it up. Cut the virgin cables so now left in limbo and don’t want to sort it out. Please share

    @TalkTalk again provide diabolical service. A #vulnerable #disabled #pensioners contract term ended 3 years ago, TT continue to overcharge £16 per month for unusable service. Total overcharge circa £600. Complaint made, refund £0. #DISGRACEFUL #UnethicalCompany #Robbery #Cowboys

    @TalkTalk No... I would need to check that later if it happens again. All I’ve done is the service status. My phone has even popped up with a message saying it’s connected but there’s no internet connection on two occasions.

    Day 6 of the saga of trying to get my Mum’s landline and broadband sorted. @TalkTalk customer service failing every time I connect them. She is classed as a Priority: 2 disabled and vulnerable people at the address, landline is critical. No mobile reception. Send an engineer! -

    @TalkTalk No I wasn't talking about my mother. I was talking about the issue with not having fibrebroadband. I'm with TalkTalk and we had issues with old copper cabling. Now we have fibre broadband and it's much better. I don't have a mother. She died when I was 18.

    @TalkTalk Lols you spent 3- 6 months ‘looking into it’ which meant multiple frustrating calls with your staff who kept getting details wrong & seemed unable to even communicate with each other let alone solve the ongoing issue. I wouldn’t bother talking to you again if you paid me! 😬

    @asktalkUK Awful service. Engineer came yesterday so requested new router delivery today- medical condition. TT only ordered TODAY. Due to be delivered in 2 to 3 WORKING DAYS...if anything medical happens before then due to no wifi or router sent by courier this will be 100% on @TalkTalk

    @HKW1981 @TalkTalk Don't bother, there shite. I had them for years n years. Upgraded, which they did for a day, then decided to canx my service. THERE error leaving my with no internet wouldnt reconnect me, no, I would have to wait 3 weeks as I would be a new customer. So I left. Disgusting service

    @sianmexsom @TalkTalk Is your mother's landline using old copper cables? I suspect so. And that's why your mother is having issues. It's a huge problem and once you switch to full fibre broadband your mother won't have any issues.
