    @talktalk I’m absolutely devastated that my internet has been down today. It’s made it almost impossible to sort out university and upload the relevant documents. What a day to go down 😢😢

    @TalkTalk No... I would need to check that later if it happens again. All I’ve done is the service status. My phone has even popped up with a message saying it’s connected but there’s no internet connection on two occasions.

    Just received another monthly bill from @TalkTalk YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED BROADBAND SINCE I SWAPPED TO EE IN APRIL - STOP BILLING ME - IMMEDIATELY!!! WORST COMPANY TO UNDERSTAND THE BASICS OF SUPPLY AND PAYMENT Jesus H Christ!!!!!!!

    @TalkTalk Just rang TT spoke to a man unable to help so put me through to a number that req'd my tel no. Can't proceed and I told him I do not have broadband with you. Want to purchase email plus. Please help!

    @TalkTalk #talktalk 2nd week now still without my router , pathetic service , quick enough to take 70 quid out of my bank yest for home move !!! Sort it out !!!!!!!!!

    I can honestly say, I’ve never dealt with a company as poor as @talktalk. I recommend staying well away.

    Oh @TalkTalk I was so impressed by your customer service when WiFi was down but why oh why did an engineer visit today without an appointment and now there’s no appointment until Tuesday!

    @TalkTalk we haven’t had proper WiFi for days now in fact since our contract ended it’s worse we are leaving it’s so bad but the next 12 days will be hell! I’m so 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬

    @nattam_sayin @TalkTalk I agree , happy to take your money ... if theres a problem they don’t want to know 🤬was on the phone over hr trying to sort my house move out was told to ring back 🤬how hard is it to sort out ! All other company’s I told were brilliant !!!

    @TalkTalk absolutely disgusting service this evening!! Promised a phone call back, to have to call @TalkTalk back and REPEAT EVERYTHING for another 20mins and be put on hold AGAIN!!! Roll on October, so I can CANCEL @TalkTalk #shockingservice

    @TalkTalk again provide diabolical service. A #vulnerable #disabled #pensioners contract term ended 3 years ago, TT continue to overcharge £16 per month for unusable service. Total overcharge circa £600. Complaint made, refund £0. #DISGRACEFUL #UnethicalCompany #Robbery #Cowboys

    @TalkTalk another day without emails. I have held a lineone and tiscali account for nearly 20 years. The last 2 years have been shocking with the emails not working. I assume you want us to leave

    @TalkTalkGroup tslktalk sort my email text thst no charges. After i said do not renew. U went against my will setting up new service a form of bullying i am 60. A women. Not a penny out of me any letters, sent back. Do not use talktalk. Reviewstrustpilot

    @TalkTalk I asked them to arrange for a higher manager to call me. Again your systems and procedures don't allow this. It ended with your advisor saying when I get time to call customer service and explain my story to them again!

    @TalkTalkGroup talktalk boardband cooling off period 14 days new contract. If they continue with service u have to receive precontractual information if not u have over a yesr to cancel. I rung up to not renew. Then service set up with no request from me. Feels like beingbullied

    Talktalk boardband read reviews trustpilot facerbook. Sitejabber. Boardband. Co. Uk people rung up not to renew contract ***** tricks ofc putting phone down imn middle. Then told u didnt cancel. U owe money because of it. ***** tricks ripping people off. Any letters sentback

    @TalkTalk Your biggest problem is that when as customer has a serious complaint like me, you don't have an individual or a team who can look at the case from start to end, contact customer and resolve it.

    @chrislepkowski @TalkTalk Chris, I had major issues with them a month ago, no internet for 20 days. Call centre and online chat worse than useless. However, their community online forum is excellent and fixed my issue within 48 hours. You need to create an account but they will definitely get it sorted...

    Talktalk check reviews b4 u enter contract. Sitejabber. Boardband. Co. Uk. Trustpilot. Facebook. Talktalk should b shut down. Police shoukd investigate phonecalls. That people have rung to cancel. Money by deceite. Dont put up with it.
