My partners mother, an elderly vulnerable adult is paying for Internet but its not working and they won't let her or her daughter discuss the account because she can't remember security questions.

After months of dispute they referred it a debt collectors, I spoke to them n they said ok we'll close the case.

The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

Her emergency responder lanyard doesn’t function because it relies on the landline. Totally unacceptable and appalling customer service. 😡

Some of the charges relate to calls apparently made in the middle of the night (100 in an hour!) and when she hasn’t even been at home! The customer services team are no help and have cut her off!!
