    @TalkTalk worst customer service I’ve witnessed with the misses. Hold for 20 minutes Silent Hold with agents. Checkout option to claim free £5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still don’t understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.

    @TalkTalk love how since calling and telling you we’d be changing provider you’ve slowed the internet down so much I can’t load any catch up services. Cheers 👍🏽 won’t be returning to you anytime soon

    @TalkTalk hello, I have continued Wifi problems where I every time I’m on a Zoom call the connection isn’t good enough and drops out. Please can someone call me so I don’t have to wait on hold forever?

    @TalkTalk awful service.... just to activate a sim card which you sent.. only to be told I haven't got mobile account even thou I have been paying you for 5 yrs... Awful service

    @HannahLewin12 @TalkTalk There is a cell tower down in Ton-Teg Cf38 we don’t have any phone signal in our area, might not have anything to do with your issue though.

    Feeling the still the same, sky broadband isn't as good as they say.. totally gutted I moved from @TalkTalk .. surely I would get the same service as it's the same line . Xx

    Hello @TalkTalk why are you still trying to bill me when I switched provider to @EE who, incidentally, are providing a much better service at a much lower price than you ever did. I also never had the £85 cash back promised. Take anything owed out of that 👍🏼 avoid Talk Talk!!!

    Is anyone having issues with @Talktalk. My fibre broadband speeds drop to about 10meg at 9pm every night. This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

    @TalkTalk I would welcome a call ASAP. I've cancelled my contract with you but have been charged for a router that never worked! I returned router and have proof of delivery on 15 August yet still today I'm being told that the router has yet to be received 😡

    Just received another monthly bill from @TalkTalk YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED BROADBAND SINCE I SWAPPED TO EE IN APRIL - STOP BILLING ME - IMMEDIATELY!!! WORST COMPANY TO UNDERSTAND THE BASICS OF SUPPLY AND PAYMENT Jesus H Christ!!!!!!!

    @TalkTalk you continue to be an absolute disgrace. I'm out of contract and moved house, and you still charge me for not taking the phone line with me. After months of no internet because of your terrible service, I think you know where you can go. Disgraceful company.

    @TalkTalk I just wanna watch adventure time with my toastie and cider, why does my WiFi have to keep dropping or going so slow? If you can test over the weekend then sure, let's do it. It won't solve anything, your tests and fixes never have.

    @TalkTalk So it’s as simple as that? I just have to wait even though it’s completely ruined my Christmas as I now can’t afford presents and you won’t do anything to help me. Absolutely disgraceful! I will go to offcom about this. Talk talk who don’t talk to customers - ironic #Disgrace
