    @TalkTalk worst customer service I’ve witnessed with the misses. Hold for 20 minutes Silent Hold with agents. Checkout option to claim free £5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still don’t understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.

    @TalkTalk I would welcome a call ASAP. I've cancelled my contract with you but have been charged for a router that never worked! I returned router and have proof of delivery on 15 August yet still today I'm being told that the router has yet to be received 😡

    @andylance1977 @TalkTalk I had a similar thing with sky a few years ago when my dad couldn't get a signal n we cancelled in the cooling off period they said he had to pay the full years fee. After months of dispute they referred it a debt collectors, I spoke to them n they said ok we'll close the case.

    Hello @TalkTalk why are you still trying to bill me when I switched provider to @EE who, incidentally, are providing a much better service at a much lower price than you ever did. I also never had the £85 cash back promised. Take anything owed out of that 👍🏼 avoid Talk Talk!!!

    @TalkTalk I raised a fault on our line on 08/06, "This fault is still in progress. We are working to get this resolved for you". It said an Engineer didn't need to come to the house but one did (twice) when we were in work. No one back since. Signal dropping constantly.

    @General4717 @TalkTalk Same here mines been down all day today and yesterday and talk talk are sending out an engineer and going to try and make us pay them £40 for a new router if that’s the problem yet so many people are having issues and talk talk Refuse to say it’s their end with the issue

    @TalkTalk our internet has been highly unstable for at least a week, and today has slowed down to a crawl. Can't load a single web page anymore. Diagnostics on your site says the connection is strong, but that's just nonsense. Any issues in the BD22 area?

    @TalkTalk My vulnerable 85 year old nan is having constant trouble with her phone line, her only source of communication to the outside world for the past month. After various engineer visits & calls to your 'help' desk the problem still persists. Causing causing stress & anxiety
