Please anyone out there do not entertain using @talktalk totally treating my old age pensioner parents like shit. Tried to switch to them and completely messed it up. Cut the virgin cables so now left in limbo and don’t want to sort it out. Please share

@TalkTalk is it really that difficult to talk to my old age pensioner parents to resolve their issues. They are now without a phone line and have cancelled with you but still getting contacts regarding issues connecting. But li and behold your engineer has cut their phone line

@TalkTalk They’ve tried to cancel as it was one disaster after another with your engineer but they still keep getting texts saying they are having trouble connecting them even though they have cancelled and they also cut the virgin phone line leaving them without a landline

@TalkTalk 0.32mbps download speeds on my last test. Your agent wasn't just slow to reply, they then ended the conversation without resolving my issue. Wasted over an hour of my time.

Just love @bt_uk for disconnecting my broadband and phone supply from @TalkTalk by incorrectly using my home address when signing up a new customer. Only found out when my service was disconnected over the weekend and have to wait a full 3 weeks to be reconnected. #fuming

Hello @TalkTalk why are you still trying to bill me when I switched provider to @EE who, incidentally, are providing a much better service at a much lower price than you ever did. I also never had the £85 cash back promised. Take anything owed out of that 👍🏼 avoid Talk Talk!!!

Calling @TalkTalk, this elderly customer received the response that the line was okay, aka “nothing to see here”, this whilst paying more than twice @Plusnethelp fees.. Do @OpenreachHelp help elderly customers replace 1970s termination boxes? Do good ISPs initiate this?

@talktalk this week we opened a contract with you for house move. Next day you cancel installation and contract on the instructions of a ‘3rd party’. Today you cut our new neighbours broadband off as our contract was cancelled. What a shower of shite you are.
