When I do inevitably call back I'm told you're closed. I'm disabled and need my Internet connection to be safe.

islwyn davies (@IslwynD) reported from Mountain Ash, Wales@TalkTalk Unable to reconnect tv and android phone. Message is no signal on server. Disconnected and reconnected router. Unable to connect to server. Usually no issues with TalkTalk but so close to Christmas. Not a happy house.

Alex Williams (@AlexDWilliams) reported from Merthyr Tydfil, Wales@TalkTalk I raised a fault on our line on 08/06, "This fault is still in progress. We are working to get this resolved for you". It said an Engineer didn't need to come to the house but one did (twice) when we were in work. No one back since. Signal dropping constantly.

(NB now with TalkTalk, also not great for customer service but OK if nothing goes wrong.)

After months of dispute they referred it a debt collectors, I spoke to them n they said ok we'll close the case.

Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.
