My partners mother, an elderly vulnerable adult is paying for Internet but its not working and they won't let her or her daughter discuss the account because she can't remember security questions.

(NB now with TalkTalk, also not great for customer service but OK if nothing goes wrong.)

It said an Engineer didn't need to come to the house but one did (twice) when we were in work. No one back since. Signal dropping constantly.
