    @TalkTalk They’ve tried to cancel as it was one disaster after another with your engineer but they still keep getting texts saying they are having trouble connecting them even though they have cancelled and they also cut the virgin phone line leaving them without a landline

    Please anyone out there do not entertain using @talktalk totally treating my old age pensioner parents like shit. Tried to switch to them and completely messed it up. Cut the virgin cables so now left in limbo and don’t want to sort it out. Please share

    Just love @bt_uk for disconnecting my broadband and phone supply from @TalkTalk by incorrectly using my home address when signing up a new customer. Only found out when my service was disconnected over the weekend and have to wait a full 3 weeks to be reconnected. #fuming

    @TalkTalk is it really that difficult to talk to my old age pensioner parents to resolve their issues. They are now without a phone line and have cancelled with you but still getting contacts regarding issues connecting. But li and behold your engineer has cut their phone line

    @TalkTalk Forget it I’m getting nowhere. I will continue to take down Talk Talks reputation through getting shares on my social media and hopefully if I can’t get any joy with the ombudsman then enough people will be disgusted with how you’ve treated pensioners that it will cost u more

    Hello @TalkTalk why are you still trying to bill me when I switched provider to @EE who, incidentally, are providing a much better service at a much lower price than you ever did. I also never had the £85 cash back promised. Take anything owed out of that 👍🏼 avoid Talk Talk!!!

    @TalkTalk a disgrace of a company who do not recognise customer service .400 minutes spent over 3 days trying to resolve an issue of their doing . I contacted the CEO ,Tristia Harrison ,via LinkedIn and email -no response of course ! The culture from the top !Arrogance .

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted with the service I’m receiving. I have been barred for non-payment but it’s a recurring card payment and YOU failed to even attempt to take the payment! You blame The Queen’s funeral!! Payment is up to date and I’m still barred. Not happy, I’m losing business

    @OpenreachHelp I've tried to escalate this with Talktalk and they cannot confirm a Welfare Ref Case number to me. Apparently they are having 'technical issues'. My vulnerable father has now been without his landline for 3 weeks, with an estimated fix date of 26 October, according to Talktalk.

    @TalkTalk never experienced such terrible customer service. Impossible to get hold of, don't respond to emails, incapable of succesfully doing what they say they will, harrass you for 'outstanding' money you don't even owe!! Stressed beyond belief dealing with this company.
