    @ZeeZeeBoomHM @TalkTalk I've always been really happy with the service and I've been with them 8 years. This has been beyond a joke though and I'm looking at other providers. At least I know have working WiFi again to help me look! ๐Ÿ™ˆ

    @killer_giants @Christi45463861 @TalkTalk Well, to counter this, although it was 24 hours later than I hoped, Iโ€™ve just had a very pleasant exchange and lots of patient help from a lady called Angel in the customer support team

    @DaiSmashie @TalkTalk It's poor, taking advantage of people. They said they'd ring back twice but have failed to do so. Appalling service

    @HannahLewin12 @TalkTalk There is a cell tower down in Ton-Teg Cf38 we donโ€™t have any phone signal in our area, might not have anything to do with your issue though.

    @TalkTalk I raised a fault on our line on 08/06, "This fault is still in progress. We are working to get this resolved for you". It said an Engineer didn't need to come to the house but one did (twice) when we were in work. No one back since. Signal dropping constantly.

    @TalkTalk we havenโ€™t had proper WiFi for days now in fact since our contract ended itโ€™s worse we are leaving itโ€™s so bad but the next 12 days will be hell! Iโ€™m so ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ

    @TalkTalk told if she cancels direct debit for a service (that isn't working) the account will be referred to a debt collecting agency. Is this how you treat customers?

    @TalkTalk absolutely disgusting customer service. My partners mother, an elderly vulnerable adult is paying for Internet but its not working and they won't let her or her daughter discuss the account because she can't remember security questions.

    @jasonmackenzie @O2 OK I once had trouble with EE (not for the mobile service but when I switched to broadband), it got so bad that I decided to go back to Sky. (NB now with TalkTalk, also not great for customer service but OK if nothing goes wrong.)

    Just received another monthly bill from @TalkTalk YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED BROADBAND SINCE I SWAPPED TO EE IN APRIL - STOP BILLING ME - IMMEDIATELY!!! WORST COMPANY TO UNDERSTAND THE BASICS OF SUPPLY AND PAYMENT Jesus H Christ!!!!!!!

    .@TalkTalk When my contract runs out, why should I stay? I was thinking of switching to Virgin which is a little more expensive but a lot faster as they have a dedicated network.

    Hey @TalkTalk what's going on? I've just found out that my landline isn't working. When I pick up the handset, the line is dead, and when I ring the # I get the engaged signal. Please get this sorted ASAP; I'm very ill & need to be able to contact my medical team at all times.

    @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach Iโ€™ve been left without internet for almost 48hrs. The issue is unknown, the internet randomly stopped working and Iโ€™ve been informed an engineer is on their way. I live in central London, not sure why itโ€™s taking so long. Pls send help!

    @virginmedia moved to your broadband service from @TalkTalk a few months ago it's something I regret everyday. Your customer service is non existent calls cut off before getting any help same as online help. I have a smart home with multiple devices that can't connect have never

    @TalkTalk @WF2K_ You can see why so many customers refuse to deal with the social media team. We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. Until management starts managing, #Talktalk is best avoided
