(NB now with TalkTalk, also not great for customer service but OK if nothing goes wrong.)

Alex Williams (@AlexDWilliams) reported from Merthyr Tydfil, Wales@TalkTalk I raised a fault on our line on 08/06, "This fault is still in progress. We are working to get this resolved for you". It said an Engineer didn't need to come to the house but one did (twice) when we were in work. No one back since. Signal dropping constantly.

My partners mother, an elderly vulnerable adult is paying for Internet but its not working and they won't let her or her daughter discuss the account because she can't remember security questions.

When I do inevitably call back I'm told you're closed. I'm disabled and need my Internet connection to be safe.

Eventually was told they couldnโt do anything because I was in a โqueueโ for allocation of a new account number after conversion from copper to digital voice service. Shambles !

Marcus (@Marcus70672192) reportedAll telecom companies are brutally awful these days. Been saying it for a while. I have talktalk internet. And for tv services I just use Amazon Prime and sub to sports things as necessary. Don't want to be locked into any contracts with these feral animals.
