My partners mother, an elderly vulnerable adult is paying for Internet but its not working and they won't let her or her daughter discuss the account because she can't remember security questions.

After months of dispute they referred it a debt collectors, I spoke to them n they said ok we'll close the case.

The issue is always the same, disconnected and then reconnected to the wrong port. This is the worst ISP I have ever had. Sky, BT and Plusnet never had issues.

Birgu (@BirguDevia) reportedSo basically Talktalk cut us off over a rescheduled fibre upgrade, wouldn't admit it, 3 engineers later admits it, can't put us back on, we have to cancel and renew, which takes 6 days, and we're not allowed compensation because of the fibre contract upgrade we didn't even get.
