After months of dispute they referred it a debt collectors, I spoke to them n they said ok we'll close the case.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been “chatting”to SEVERAL “departments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.
