@TalkTalk again provide diabolical service. A #vulnerable #disabled #pensioners contract term ended 3 years ago, TT continue to overcharge £16 per month for unusable service. Total overcharge circa £600. Complaint made, refund £0. #DISGRACEFUL #UnethicalCompany #Robbery #Cowboys

Hello @TalkTalk why are you still trying to bill me when I switched provider to @EE who, incidentally, are providing a much better service at a much lower price than you ever did. I also never had the £85 cash back promised. Take anything owed out of that 👍🏼 avoid Talk Talk!!!

On the phone again to @TalkTalk possibly the worst broadband provider I've ever encountered. They are ruining my business at the moment and I've lost all patience with them. Their service stinks. You cannot sort out basic problems. My internet is unstable. #TalkTalkIsRubbish

@Viking_Michael @TalkTalk It's mind numbingly poor. You make them aware of a fault, which they confirm, and they won't carry out the repair until the account holder (whose phone line is affected) contacts them to confirm their details, which is a chore in itself - and if you're 91, forget it!
