Dai Smash/DavidDoran (@DaiSmashie) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales@andylance1977 @TalkTalk I had a similar thing with sky a few years ago when my dad couldn't get a signal n we cancelled in the cooling off period they said he had to pay the full years fee. After months of dispute they referred it a debt collectors, I spoke to them n they said ok we'll close the case.

I also never had the £85 cash back promised. Take anything owed out of that 👍🏼 avoid Talk Talk!!!

When I do inevitably call back I'm told you're closed. I'm disabled and need my Internet connection to be safe.

Alex Williams (@AlexDWilliams) reported from Merthyr Tydfil, Wales@TalkTalk I raised a fault on our line on 08/06, "This fault is still in progress. We are working to get this resolved for you". It said an Engineer didn't need to come to the house but one did (twice) when we were in work. No one back since. Signal dropping constantly.

(NB now with TalkTalk, also not great for customer service but OK if nothing goes wrong.)

My partners mother, an elderly vulnerable adult is paying for Internet but its not working and they won't let her or her daughter discuss the account because she can't remember security questions.

The 2017 Equifax era of breaches, TalkTalk, Heartland Payment Systems: hundreds of millions of records, much of it through injection flaws. ap Austin (@apAustin1) reportedFN brilliant you get on the mobile to TalkTalk to report a land line fault, they keep you hanging on for an hour+ and then the line drops out. Its a similar story with their online service. No wonder Britain has gon down the drain.
