My partners mother, an elderly vulnerable adult is paying for Internet but its not working and they won't let her or her daughter discuss the account because she can't remember security questions.

After months of dispute they referred it a debt collectors, I spoke to them n they said ok we'll close the case.

I also never had the £85 cash back promised. Take anything owed out of that 👍🏼 avoid Talk Talk!!!

Promised new router from your service centre a week ago and when we called on Friday it hadn't been sent despite being promised. A toymtal disgrace. NO WiFi for 5 weeks since June.
