Checkout option to claim free £5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still don’t understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.

If i get disconnected it takes approx 30 min for next agent to get up to speed again. It’s an appalling waste of time and so easy for them to skirt responsibility.
