    @TalkTalk I signed up almost a month ago, I've reset and retuned the tv a number of times, still no free view channels, I also had to purchase network Connectors £40!, something else I wasn't told about, please can someone help otherwise I will cancel the direct debit 07481118690

    So last December @TalkTalk cancelled my account. 6 months later I am still receiving bills from them despite the fact I have been with BT since Christmas. They don’t answer my calls or my letters. Such APPALLING service as per!

    @TalkTalk again provide diabolical service. A #vulnerable #disabled #pensioners contract term ended 3 years ago, TT continue to overcharge £16 per month for unusable service. Total overcharge circa £600. Complaint made, refund £0. #DISGRACEFUL #UnethicalCompany #Robbery #Cowboys

    @TalkTalk No... I would need to check that later if it happens again. All I’ve done is the service status. My phone has even popped up with a message saying it’s connected but there’s no internet connection on two occasions.

    @TalkTalk worst customer service I’ve witnessed with the misses. Hold for 20 minutes Silent Hold with agents. Checkout option to claim free £5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still don’t understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.

    @TalkTalk I would welcome a call ASAP. I've cancelled my contract with you but have been charged for a router that never worked! I returned router and have proof of delivery on 15 August yet still today I'm being told that the router has yet to be received 😡

    I now have @TalkTalk asking me to give them a screenshot of my bank statement to show them when I paid for my service from them. What a shocking company. Not too long now though, we have a change over date to a new service provider.

    @UKAirband What’s the point!!! You can’t even connect new customers up on time your DM’s are quite rude, so far the experience is terrible I swear you run on drug dealer time!! Are you affiliated to talktalk by any chance . So far dealing with @UKAirband has been so poor

    @TalkTalk Your online chat support should have record of the issue. You time out the conversations very prematurely and then have to start the whole preamble again. This has been happening all week and the error message directs to a phone number and website both of which are then closed.

    @TalkTalk what on earth has happened to your service? It’s impossible to resolve anything with bots, and you send people round in a disingenuous loop with your advice to contact talk talk help. This is limited hours and confined to not/chat agents on scripts. Hopeless.

    Is talktalk still in business? I have talked to India, emailed there so called CEP & Customer service. First my email kept dropping out, this was repaired, I have no working wi-fi plus in adaptors, twice since the first week in July I have been promised these plugs, non arrived

    Why am I paying full price to talktalk for a second rate service, I have no working wi-fi, they have after 1 week repaired faulty email, with no bill reduction for this issue. Still no wi-fi for 4 weeks, still no compensation for a poor service
