@TalkTalk never ever have I dealt with such an incompetent organisation - I’ve spoken to at least 25 agents and been waiting since 13th April to get my broadband activated 🤬

@andrea_pocknell I had to shame talktalk on twitter to get them to finally sort out my parents' telephone bill when they went into care. The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

@TalkTalk The last engineer has just left telling us it is an outside problem. A message comes to check inside house. For the 4th time. Mum complains on a text message and someone says they can help. First question.. Are you having issues with calls on the line? Does anybody read the notes

@TalkTalk Can I suggest you read all the notes that must be on her account before anyone gets in touch again. Mum is completely fed up with the same basic questions and the same response that an engineer comes and says that it is an exchange problem. Then nothing gets done.

Is anyone having issues with @Talktalk. My fibre broadband speeds drop to about 10meg at 9pm every night. This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

@TalkTalk my mother has had 4 engineers to her house since February as she has had trouble with the land-line. Each one has told her the problem is outside the house. She hadn't been able to use the phone since Feb and each time she calls you, it is the same.

.@TalkTalk Still waiting on an engineer here (Chichester). THIRD time an engineer not turned up when promised. Now been waiting SIX WEEKS for basic phone/internet connection. Awful service and totally unacceptable for a vulnerable, elderly person (also a long-time customer).

Why am I paying full price to talktalk for a second rate service, I have no working wi-fi, they have after 1 week repaired faulty email, with no bill reduction for this issue. Still no wi-fi for 4 weeks, still no compensation for a poor service

@TalkTalk DM sent. Please ensure engineer arrives ASAP, already late. We have spent 6hr+ in last two weeks speaking/holding to your customer call centre (not to mention time wasted in previous weeks), so need this resolved now!
