Alex Williams (@AlexDWilliams) reported from Merthyr Tydfil, Wales@TalkTalk I raised a fault on our line on 08/06, "This fault is still in progress. We are working to get this resolved for you". It said an Engineer didn't need to come to the house but one did (twice) when we were in work. No one back since. Signal dropping constantly.

The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

Run the tests and says no issues with the line but looking at your feed it seems he isnt the only one that is having the problem. He hasnt got a mobile so has no means of communication now. My internet has been on and off every few minutes for the last 10 days, I've had to use all my data on phone to hotspot my house and now I've run out. Still no internet, seriously think I should change providers
