Checkout option to claim free £5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still don’t understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.

Slightly different situation (& different Ombudsman) but I had a problem with TalkTalk over charging me. I refused to pay more than I owed. They added interest & they sent debt collectors. I contacted Ombudsman, TalkTalk wiped debt.
