    @TalkTalk very disappointing #customerservice. trying to sort issues with service since Dec, many hours on phone/online chat. Returned router for refund, provided proof of posting, Royal Mail website confirms delivered & you’re still saying no refund because not received #fedup

    Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

    @TalkTalk hi, my Wi-Fi hasn’t been fit for purpose for days, with continuous breaks in connection. I’ve woken up this morning to an orange light on the router and no Wi-Fi. The service has been terrible. Can I have some help please.

    Been with @TalkTalk for about 3 months and already had several issues with wifi going down. Their customer service team offer little to no help and just tell you to wait.. useless 👍🏻

    @TalkTalk It's alright. It was still down when I got up this morning, so I pulled the DSL cable to reset it, and it synced back up. It was out for hours last night though, It would be cool to know why. The DSL was synced up to the box in the street, so it seems it was a network problem.

    @TalkTalk Please help, I have been trying to get my account closed, as I have gone with a different provider. I have written on 6th Feb and given 30 days notice that when my contract ends on 2nd March I was not renewing, I've done chat, telephoned and sent an email to complain

    @TalkTalk my 87 yr old mother-in-law been without landline 4 a month. Yr complaints dept r useless & unhelpful. She’s very stressed as she’s waiting in for calls which come from the Philippines & gets cut off before any resolution. Who is highest person who can deal with this

    @TalkTalk Why has my already flaky AF connection been 10x worse the last few weeks, we are lucky to get 1 MB DL speeds most of the time and trying to contact support is just a joke. no way I am paying next month, out of contract anyway. jokers

    @TalkTalk You have disgusting customer service. My mom spent 2 hours trying to change the name of their account into her name as my dad passed away 6 weeks ago only to be forced into a new contract, You should be ashamed

    Great customer service at @TalkTalk puts me on hold for 25mins, doesn't understand a word of what im saying. Borderline ******* rude and pissed off. Been without Internet over 48hours & on verge of boxing hub up and sending it back. & the cheeky bastards are putting prices up.
