    @TalkTalk very disappointing #customerservice. trying to sort issues with service since Dec, many hours on phone/online chat. Returned router for refund, provided proof of posting, Royal Mail website confirms delivered & you’re still saying no refund because not received #fedup

    @TalkTalk If that were the case she would have been connected by now. I was encouraged to open a new account assured that she would be reconnected immediately. That never happened!

    Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

    Had some of the worst service from @ScottishPower in recent days. Changeover from @TalkTalk now into day 3, and still no broadband. Not good enough. As a result, we are very far behind in our work. Completely unacceptable levels of service.

    @TalkTalk time and time again over the last 2 team. My broadband speed has dropped to below 1mpb and I am now sick of it. Ever simple task of opening an email takes forever. When u contact the customer service team all you get is its looks OK from. This end. I am done

    @TalkTalk I've dm before and been told that because I'm not the account holder I can't check anything and the landlord who is the account holder says the Internet is fine as it is (it's really not) and they won't try and help with support

    @TalkTalk my internet is not working and depend on this to carry out my day job which I am unable to do! The router keeps flashing orange and white. A prompt response is essential as with all the resetting/on/off attempts, this is eating into my working day!

    @TalkTalk no internet for 3 days after Fibre upgrade. No resolution from Future Fibre team, kept asking me to check back later. Very much disappointed and frustrated with below average customer service. Not able to work since issue.
