@TalkTalk we’ve later found out no call back was scheduled. We work from home but haven’t been able to with no internet. This is shocking servicing. Your call center staff have no customer care skills what so ever. This will be escalated further!

I'm so bored of having internet problems now. It's been over a month, many hours lost repeating myself on live chat, three Openreach Engineer visits, one TalkTalk Engineer visit today - all of which telling me there's no fault on the line and no fault in my home. ******** THEN?!

@TalkTalk 16th August I was having issues with not having any TV channels. Today I'm still having these problems. I pay for a service to be told ring this number, a number that doesn't do jack diddly squat! Blaming it on high pressure then retune.

@OpenreachHelp There’s clearly a lack of staff, there needs to be openness and honesty instead of pretending engineers are available and then there being a no show. Once is understandable, 3 times is bad management/policy decision. @Ofcom @TalkTalk

So day 3 of no show for @OpenreachHelp engineer turning up after being booked by @TalkTalk. I even had to cancel a GP appt last minute as they said they would come today. What a dreadful way to treat people. Daughter said why don’t you book another company. If only @Ofcom

@TalkTalk I seem to be having an issue with the internet not connecting every few days now and when I do line check through the service centre it suspects an issue and after it disconnects the line and checks it says it's ok and it sorts it. But I'm doing every 4 days
