I even had to cancel a GP appt last minute as they said they would come today. What a dreadful way to treat people. Daughter said why don’t you book another company. If only @Ofcom

While on the phone to them they are saying it’s fine as I watch my tablet, tv and laptop all tell me full bars WiFi but buffer constantly!? How do I leave!? 😩🙏🤯

I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!! They've confirmed that the fault is with open talk, but no one has been out yet. He's been left with no internet for almost a week in a countryside village!
