    @TalkTalk shocking customer service. on live chat to see when I'm out of contract as had problems for about 6 months! Moved over to another provider to be told I'll have trouble and no 1 will offer me what they can. Said they would cut me of. Would never recommend

    @Capricorn_1 @TalkTalk Absolutely guarantee you won’t get to speak to anybody that can speak good English @TalkTalk are the worlds worst when you have a problem if they guaranteed only uk call centres they would double their customer numbers but senior management is as thick as pig 💩👎👎👎

    @TalkTalk My whole point about making a complaint to you is your utter refusal to give out a U.K. phone number or get someone based in the U.K. to ring me. I’ve no complaint at the moment other than I never received the latest TV box as promised but I’ve given up all hope of getting that

    Well with #didoharding in charge it pretty much guarantees that if you ring up with a complaint then you won’t get to speak to anybody that can speak decent English she was the CEO of @TalkTalk

    @gbaigel @TalkTalk I know I’ve also had dreadful service from them when things go wrong it’s nigh on impossible to get anything done. If they just had 1 centre in the U.K. dedicated to sorting escalating problems would be a huge improvement.

    @TalkTalk Hello TalkTalk -I have no idea what your internal infrastructure is, and I don't think I care - but if you don't fix my landline soon I will explode. For nearly a month I have been promised it would be done "within 3 working days". Have spoken to people in UK, Nigeria, SAfrica/.

    @TalkTalk When you sign up customers please warn them to plan their diaries carefully, in case they die of frustration or old age. I wasted 190 minutes and got nowhere with customer service asking a question which would help me decide whether to risk £40 to book an engineer.

    @TalkTalk I tried that. Says it doesn’t work for my account so chat. Chatted for 20 minutes and they then said they can’t help with ultra so have me a number. That closes at 6pm. All a bit poor.All I want to know is if the issue 7 miles away can affect me and an update on likely downtime?!

    @TalkTalk I've been trying to speak to a customer advisor for a week but keep being told by an automated message that the phone lines are either down or shut off for various reasons. What number can I call to discuss my account? I've tried 0345 172 0078/0046/0088 multiple times.

    This meant I lost my ability to receive rewards for something I had no control over. I've screenshotted the penalties I received sent at the same time and also the text message I received from TalkTalk this morning when my internet was turned back on. Please fix this! (3/3)
