    @TalkTalk I want someone to call me u have had it absolutely up to here with my crap home wifi for the past three months - today was the absolute final straw when our @Google home now won’t connect, alarm didn’t go off and missed my favourite gym class ! @NetflixUK won’t work !!

    @biker_Ian Roll on September I can’t wait to ditch the useless @TalkTalk inept doesn’t begin to describe them & there overseas call centres are exactly that nobody speaks English consistently voted worst provider they must be proud of that award it’s the only one they have ever won

    @TalkTalk and now you also need to fix your automated customer support temephone sytem as it just cuts off when I try to actually speak to a human!

    @TalkTalk my broadband has recently been awful and my Netflix won’t connect. It’s weak on my@phone and not impressed as it was great.

    Talktalk could avoid all this negative publicity if they just provided U.K. call numbers they really are the pits at providing customer service. Hope somebody takes them to court one day

    @Capricorn_1 @TalkTalk Absolutely guarantee you won’t get to speak to anybody that can speak good English @TalkTalk are the worlds worst when you have a problem if they guaranteed only uk call centres they would double their customer numbers but senior management is as thick as pig 💩👎👎👎

    @gbaigel @TalkTalk I know I’ve also had dreadful service from them when things go wrong it’s nigh on impossible to get anything done. If they just had 1 centre in the U.K. dedicated to sorting escalating problems would be a huge improvement.

    Well with #didoharding in charge it pretty much guarantees that if you ring up with a complaint then you won’t get to speak to anybody that can speak decent English she was the CEO of @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk shocking customer service. on live chat to see when I'm out of contract as had problems for about 6 months! Moved over to another provider to be told I'll have trouble and no 1 will offer me what they can. Said they would cut me of. Would never recommend

    @TalkTalk My whole point about making a complaint to you is your utter refusal to give out a U.K. phone number or get someone based in the U.K. to ring me. I’ve no complaint at the moment other than I never received the latest TV box as promised but I’ve given up all hope of getting that

    @TalkTalk There is a message on our account saying the router needs updating and I'm guessing its firmware related, but there are no resources to help us. I can't get onto any of my schoolwork or do anything that requires connecting to an external server. So update my firmware.

    @TalkTalk My internets been down for about 15 hours. No matter how many times we restart the router, the light is orange. The WiFi symbol appears on my phone but I don’t get a connection

    @TalkTalk I am definitely not well. Where to start. 1. You cut our internet off prematurely. 2. You didn't give us our £100 credit. 3. You refused to reconnect us. 4. You committed us to a completely incorrect and more expensive plan. Absolutely terrible

    @TalkTalk my wifi is currently not working yet when I do a test online it says it’s fine. I’ve reset the router and done all trouble shoot and still nothing. Even the router light is white

    **** TALKTALK not even installed yet and I am regretting the decision. Problem is, I knew they were **** before I started. Just wanted to save a whopping £20 a month.
