    What can I do about @talktalk ? They say no problems with internet. Engineer said same but get very little service. While on the phone to them they are saying it’s fine as I watch my tablet, tv and laptop all tell me full bars WiFi but buffer constantly!? How do I leave!? 😩🙏🤯

    Back to not being able to get hold of my elderly mother again 200 miles away . over two weeks now . no neighbours, no phone no internet ... And no mobile signal in area .. why? @TalkTalk @WeAreOpenreach

    @TalkTalk what’s happening with your broadband connection ? CW2 area. Got covid, and a 10 year old stuck in the house for at least 5 days, so if it ain’t back on soon, could possibly be a police incident reported. Help us out eh?

    Talktalk could avoid all this negative publicity if they just provided U.K. call numbers they really are the pits at providing customer service. Hope somebody takes them to court one day

    @TalkTalk shocking customer service. on live chat to see when I'm out of contract as had problems for about 6 months! Moved over to another provider to be told I'll have trouble and no 1 will offer me what they can. Said they would cut me of. Would never recommend

    @biker_Ian Roll on September I can’t wait to ditch the useless @TalkTalk inept doesn’t begin to describe them & there overseas call centres are exactly that nobody speaks English consistently voted worst provider they must be proud of that award it’s the only one they have ever won

    Well I get an letter from @TalkTalk offering me a new TV box if I take out a new contract ring up to do that and nobody knows anything about that in their useless call centres & DM to TalkTalk support fell on totally dear ears Major fail in customer relations 😡👎👎👎👎

    @TalkTalk Phone number 01424893488..been told it is still some time to be resolved. Just seems to get run around .she has to walk half a mile up road to get a mobile signal..there are no neighbours ,, I am 200 miles away

    So day 3 of no show for @OpenreachHelp engineer turning up after being booked by @TalkTalk. I even had to cancel a GP appt last minute as they said they would come today. What a dreadful way to treat people. Daughter said why don’t you book another company. If only @Ofcom

    @TalkTalk Deleted it now but text message I got gave an 0345 number to call & that puts me through to your overseas call centres that have no grasp of the problem

    @status_is_down My BB is working but my Landline is down, I have no tone and when i call my landline from my mobile it now says Invalid number, In live chat with talktalk had no replies, no help!
