@gbaigel @TalkTalk I know I’ve also had dreadful service from them when things go wrong it’s nigh on impossible to get anything done. If they just had 1 centre in the U.K. dedicated to sorting escalating problems would be a huge improvement.

@TalkTalk No it was some years ago but you haven’t changed it’s impossible to speak to somebody based in the U.K. even if it’s as important as winding up a deceased persons estate. You are pathetic at customer service when things go wrong

@TalkTalk Internet down. Can't log in for support as your website says my email address is too long??? And I can't get through to your phone support as the wankers who work for you hangup before i can get through. This is breach of contact, end it early now.

Talktalk could avoid all this negative publicity if they just provided U.K. call numbers they really are the pits at providing customer service. Hope somebody takes them to court one day

@IrelandDouglas @TalkTalk I’m sorry you’re suffering but it helps to know I’m not alone. After a 3 hour phone call yesterday and an 18 hour Titter conversation, not one TalkTalk person (despite being lovely) seems able to help or escalate my (very basic) issue. Maybe a letter to the Chairman would help?

I now have @TalkTalk asking me to give them a screenshot of my bank statement to show them when I paid for my service from them. What a shocking company. Not too long now though, we have a change over date to a new service provider.

Why am I paying full price to talktalk for a second rate service, I have no working wi-fi, they have after 1 week repaired faulty email, with no bill reduction for this issue. Still no wi-fi for 4 weeks, still no compensation for a poor service

@TalkTalk what on earth has happened to your service? It’s impossible to resolve anything with bots, and you send people round in a disingenuous loop with your advice to contact talk talk help. This is limited hours and confined to not/chat agents on scripts. Hopeless.

@TalkTalk Your online chat support should have record of the issue. You time out the conversations very prematurely and then have to start the whole preamble again. This has been happening all week and the error message directs to a phone number and website both of which are then closed.
