    @TyWarncken @TalkTalk @YodelOnline YODEL won’t help. They couldn’t care less. Any company that uses them also doesn’t care. I’d suggest cancelling and go with someone else who doesn’t use YODEL.

    @talktalk @TalkTalkBizCare @MoneyTelegraph part 2. The work he done faulted my broadband and stopped working (talk talk have charged me £40 for this visit which made my issue worse) another 3 engineer visits later from openreach issue is still ongoing and actually worse

    The Totally useless @Talktalk have sent me an email telling me they have cancelled sky sport as agreed but they have still managed to send me a bill that charges me for it. Good luck collecting it I will cancel my direct debit before the due date if not resolve

    @talktalk @TalkTalkBizCare @MoneyTelegraph part 3. My broadband speed is now only hitting 8-9mbps at a maximum, I have made multiple formal complaints on this issue and still getting nowhere. How can a company charge £40 for an engineer visit when he 1. Doesn't fix my broadband

    Talktalk did not get notification of my contract coming to an end. February 2020 ofcom introduced. I rung to make sure u put phone down in the middle of it. In desperation i contacted trustpilot to make sure it was in full view u replied.

    Talktalk if today u dont sort out confirmation. Contract ended no service and no charges. Monday i will contact ofcom. I did not get notification contract was coming to an end. February 2020 ofcom introduced this requirement. Even though i contacted u.

    @TalkTalk I was told on Monday that the problem would be rectified by Friday its not,phoned today to be told there is a major outage and it will not be repaired till the 20th-23rd January, this is the first we have heard of this.

    @TalkTalk absolutely disgusted at the service offered to my parents. Take an upgrade phonecall. Do not process the upgrade but turn off current broadband. Apparently no way to reinstate it.

Talktalk it is going to take alot of staff to get through all these complaints.May b there's only one on if so may b off shortly due to stress. Read alot of staff r off with stress.may b staff think I am stressed & pass it on 2 customers or ex customer
