  Well I get an letter from @TalkTalk offering me a new TV box if I take out a new contract ring up to do that and nobody knows anything about that in their useless call centres & DM to TalkTalk support fell on totally dear ears Major fail in customer relations 😡👎👎👎👎

  So day 3 of no show for @OpenreachHelp engineer turning up after being booked by @TalkTalk. I even had to cancel a GP appt last minute as they said they would come today. What a dreadful way to treat people. Daughter said why don’t you book another company. If only @Ofcom

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.   Update... They want my 82 yr old mum to send a speed test result by connecting the computer (upstairs) to the router (downstairs) via ethernet cable (which they don't have). 🤨 I explained that they won't be able to do that - they don't have a laptop, and it's not practical to unplug their pc and relocate it next to the router - they just can't physically do it. TalkTalk were not interested and insist it's the only way they can check if they are not receiving the correct speeds – although they did tell me during my first call that they could see the speed was only 12mbps...🤔 They will send an ethernet cable by post anyway, or could send someone out to do it – £150 call out fee. Never mind. Contract ends in October and won't be renewed... Nice service for the elderly, what?

  @alex_weel @TalkTalk I went 2 weeks over Christmas with no wifi and no 4g - nothing. I was never reimbursed by @talktalk for this. I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didn’t think to notify anyone about it. Shocking

  @TalkTalk customer service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service
