    Just had possibly the worse customer service experience with @TalkTalk toping another previous experience with talk talk.

    @TyWarncken @TalkTalk @YodelOnline YODEL won’t help. They couldn’t care less. Any company that uses them also doesn’t care. I’d suggest cancelling and go with someone else who doesn’t use YODEL.

    @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph I have two open formal complaints waiting to be resolved including a £40 engineer charge that I wont be paying for, and fibre issues that have been ongoing and I'm still on ADSL slow speeds broadband

    @davemacladd Also headed up TalkTalk through its cyberattack shambles and when asked if customers data was encrypted said “ The awful truth is I don’t know” Tory born bred and ennobled and as talentless as the rest.

    @biker_Ian Roll on September I can’t wait to ditch the useless @TalkTalk inept doesn’t begin to describe them & there overseas call centres are exactly that nobody speaks English consistently voted worst provider they must be proud of that award it’s the only one they have ever won

    @TalkTalk I want someone to call me u have had it absolutely up to here with my crap home wifi for the past three months - today was the absolute final straw when our @Google home now won’t connect, alarm didn’t go off and missed my favourite gym class ! @NetflixUK won’t work !!

    @Capricorn_1 @TalkTalk Absolutely guarantee you won’t get to speak to anybody that can speak good English @TalkTalk are the worlds worst when you have a problem if they guaranteed only uk call centres they would double their customer numbers but senior management is as thick as pig 💩👎👎👎

    @TalkTalk My whole point about making a complaint to you is your utter refusal to give out a U.K. phone number or get someone based in the U.K. to ring me. I’ve no complaint at the moment other than I never received the latest TV box as promised but I’ve given up all hope of getting that

    Well with #didoharding in charge it pretty much guarantees that if you ring up with a complaint then you won’t get to speak to anybody that can speak decent English she was the CEO of @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk shocking customer service. on live chat to see when I'm out of contract as had problems for about 6 months! Moved over to another provider to be told I'll have trouble and no 1 will offer me what they can. Said they would cut me of. Would never recommend

    @TalkTalk my broadband has recently been awful and my Netflix won’t connect. It’s weak on my@phone and not impressed as it was great.

    @dancludlow Morning Dan, We are still without Internet access so I will be chasing @talktalk this morning, it has been down 17 hours nows and over 1.5 hours on the phone and web chat, not amused. If it turns out I have been disconnected 😡 Hope your day is going better Double espresso please

    @TalkTalk On the internet, but this issue is still continuing. Some days I am bed ridden and require this internet connection, but yet nothing. This problem has only started when the ‘phone lines went down, but still hasn’t been fixed. Desperate!

    @TalkTalk We switched over to you last week and have had to reboot several times since then. When we look at the connected devices it shows some of the devices two or three times on the list. Could this be the problem? Any suggestions? Thank you 🙏

    @CarabinerIT @TalkTalk Not a bad idea, although I'm self-employed and winging it until can get back out performing so not justifiable long term for me. Am hinting that wife's employers ought look at getting a business line in though. One can but hope. Meantime @TalkTalk need to elevate their hosiery!

    @TalkTalk tv is not worth the £4 they’re charging us for it and @NOWTV seriously sucks. Cancelling NowTV ASAP and talk talk as soon as contract is up or pay out is a bit less. #avoid!! #talktalk #NowTV
