Talktalk could avoid all this negative publicity if they just provided U.K. call numbers they really are the pits at providing customer service. Hope somebody takes them to court one day

@TalkTalk I doubt it - that's the problem. I spent 2 days on chats with really unhelpful operators. None of them can tell me the status of my case, despite much talk about 'escalations' & supervisors. They are making it up. I've raised complaints & will just go all the way with this now.

@OpenreachHelp But my provider is TalkTalk and they’re terrible. They’ve already lied several times to me throughout the past month. Surely you can give me some idea of when you will be fixing this? Especially as it’s already been delayed by your previous engineer not reporting properly.

I'm a brand new customer with @TalkTalk only to be screwed over and not have the router turn up before the engineer. And now there's no clear date on the delivery of the router. Very disappointed. Honestly considering dropping for another provider at this point

@OmegaLuke @SkyHelpTeam Sky are awful, nothing but issues when I had it in my flat, constantly lost connection daily, sent out openreach 4 times & still couldn't fix it so went with talktalk & when they can to install they said the fed wire to my flat was ****** & they never checked it on their 4 visits

@TalkTalk I never stated the issue wasn’t sorted. I stated I want to know why your Call handlers don’t speak a word of English. and do you actually train them. Talk talk as always had a bad name. I will just see how the service goes. because customer service is horrendous #ombudsman
