@gbaigel @TalkTalk I know I’ve also had dreadful service from them when things go wrong it’s nigh on impossible to get anything done. If they just had 1 centre in the U.K. dedicated to sorting escalating problems would be a huge improvement.

@Capricorn_1 @TalkTalk Absolutely guarantee you won’t get to speak to anybody that can speak good English @TalkTalk are the worlds worst when you have a problem if they guaranteed only uk call centres they would double their customer numbers but senior management is as thick as pig 💩👎👎👎

@TalkTalk I have just spoken with PAM in technical support and she’s was so rude laughing not replying to me and also huffing and puffing down the phone #talktalk is the worst worst service I’m supposed to have 60.mbps which is what I pay for and it’s never above 35mbps!

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup never thought it would be so difficult to get internet. 1st of all the router goes missing because they put the wrong address and now still waiting for the connection a week down the line.thank god they’ve still sent us the bill though 🙄 #talktalk
