Well with #didoharding in charge it pretty much guarantees that if you ring up with a complaint then you won’t get to speak to anybody that can speak decent English she was the CEO of @TalkTalk

@gbaigel @TalkTalk I know I’ve also had dreadful service from them when things go wrong it’s nigh on impossible to get anything done. If they just had 1 centre in the U.K. dedicated to sorting escalating problems would be a huge improvement.

@davemacladd Also headed up TalkTalk through its cyberattack shambles and when asked if customers data was encrypted said “ The awful truth is I don’t know” Tory born bred and ennobled and as talentless as the rest.

@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

@TalkTalk Internet down. Can't log in for support as your website says my email address is too long??? And I can't get through to your phone support as the wankers who work for you hangup before i can get through. This is breach of contact, end it early now.

@TalkTalk My husband has escalated this to the Complaints team & receives calls from them, but the Openreach system is not being updated. Why can you not speak to Openreach directly rather than waiting for them to send an update? All we want is to receive the service we were promised!!

@albertoperez999 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp Make sure u take a screenshot and voice record every communication you have with them. Otherwise you will never be able to prove that there was an issue and that you are eligible for a refund. They will say that you have never contacted them before

@TalkTalk That’s hilarious. I tried for days to get a problem sorted. Either cut off, forgotten about or wrong department. Abysmal service. Our house sale fell through, so we asked to continue the contract until a new buyer was found. 2 weeks later they disconnected us, abysmal

@HertsCareline Thanks for this. I don’t use Talk Talk but some of my contacts do. I will need to contact them and get them to contact @TalkTalk. Tried speaking directly to Talk Talk but I’m not a customer or the bill payer. They therefore won’t discuss the situation with me.

@TalkTalk All that happens when I DM you is you run a line test, and then promise that openreach will fix the problem at the exchange, which isn’t happening. I will only DM you if it is to agree compensation for lack of service

Also tried to make it impossible resolve. Finally got shot of them today with no cancellation fee. Do not use them at any cost
