An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

Not good when have to leave your phone connected via a cable to your file server & then use the file server as a router to share the limited bandwidth around the network. Bluetooth headset was bliss then!!!
