    @TalkTalk WiFi is the worst I've ever seen. Disconnects 3 times a day when there is more than 1 person streaming. Absolutely dreadful

    @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

    @TalkTalk trying to sort a new contract out with you has been a nightmare, I am on my 3rd chat, having to go over the same info and explain the same issue again, the renewal has not been correct twice and so I’m having to contact again! it’s been utter rubbish

    Awful service from @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp !!! Gave 2 weeks notice before moving in, had two separate appointments for an engineer to come out. Both times, no one has turned up and now the next appointment isn't until 6th December! Not great when you work from home!

    @TalkTalk been on phone for 2 hours trying to reconnect phone line and internet because you’ve disconnected us, new package doesn’t start till December 23 so you’ve left us with no service for a month, just reconnect us to the package we’re on until we start the new one

    @TalkTalk Demented with your so called "customer services". Calling since 1027hrs this morning to cancel an order. I have spoken with multiple advisors in various departments. Latest call of many has so far lasted 50mins, no further forward for a very simple request.

    @TalkTalk Hiya, currently having issues in the Coleraine area. Used to be a good enough upload and download to stream at 6k bit rate safely, now at times it can hardly load a webpage. Don't know if it's a router issue or a local problem.
