As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

@GailMyerscough @TalkTalk TalkTalk are OK until there's a problem, then they become SilenceSilence. We had problems with them about 12 years ago - once it was eventually sorted out we left them & would never go back.
