@gbaigel @TalkTalk I know I’ve also had dreadful service from them when things go wrong it’s nigh on impossible to get anything done. If they just had 1 centre in the U.K. dedicated to sorting escalating problems would be a huge improvement.

@TalkTalk (1) I’ve tried to cancel my (now deceased) mothers TalkTalk account for over a year. I told you she had passed away in May. She received another invoice. I complained and in June you wrote to me to apologise and confirm that the outstanding amount would be cleared and I
