@TalkTalk I am having so much trouble to get my account closed and I have been on the phone to yourselves a number of times and I am at my wits end. My service was taken over by BT on the 10th March 22, yet you still have charged me for services I haven't used from the 11th March

@TalkTalk is so ******* crap. 40hrs for a download. And when you're downloading you can't watch video or browse the Internet at all. That's not mentioning the rooms in the house the Internet just doesn't work in on a good day.

Never EVER use @TalkTalk. NEVER! The FOURTH time this year our internet has stopped working and each time it takes DAYS for an emergency engineer to come out. (They don't work weekends, excuse me!?!) This time I have been fobbed off even more being told I will have a phone call

@TalkTalk I know #UtilityWarehouse use your Internet service. Are your experiencing problems today? I've had no Internet at home all day. I've been out but son been in and it was off sometime after 10am today. Its still not on now tried restarting router and nothing.

@TalkTalk Hey TT - have spent 43 and a half working hours trying to close my account. Every time you issue a bill you then have to refund it - why is the account still showing it is open and now you're asking for DD to be re-instated when last time I was told it cld be cancelled?

Two failed attempts whilst the same issue existed (blocked duct) and three missed appointments since. Finally feels like it's escalated to the right level so fingers crossed for sixth attempt

@JBDT60 @AndyCas01591466 @bt_uk Is there not an app that comes with the router that allows you to prioritise the order of your Wifi connections? I’ve just upgraded to the TalkTalk version of Future fibre and the Eero router lets you pick where the wifi signal goes to in order of preference.
