    @TalkTalk I need Internet and not getting any help from talktalk. They have cancelled my go live date, not delivered router and can't give me any update! I'm now having to shield with my elder parents as it is the only place I can get Internet to work from home. Shocking service!

    @TalkTalk Still no Internet. What the hell is going on? Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. This is the final blow for me.

    What can I do about @talktalk ? They say no problems with internet. Engineer said same but get very little service. While on the phone to them they are saying it’s fine as I watch my tablet, tv and laptop all tell me full bars WiFi but buffer constantly!? How do I leave!? 😩🙏🤯

    11 years misery & suffering with 2 BTBusiness Lines +a 7 month delay when I switched to @TalkTalk +3 brand new routers + 3 different engineers These facts will never be publicised we are living at Employees Behest & #SecretSocieties Who see us like robots for their amusement

    If BTGroup & @TalkTalk want you both explain why it took 7 months to connect me to internet when I moved to TalkTalk from BTBusiness U introduced 3 Brand New Routers + 3 Engineers Is this a #GuinessWorldRecord Was This done to help dismissed ex BTScammer Answers Please @EUtopean

    @TalkTalk WiFi is the worst I've ever seen. Disconnects 3 times a day when there is more than 1 person streaming. Absolutely dreadful

    @TalkTalk No it was some years ago but you haven’t changed it’s impossible to speak to somebody based in the U.K. even if it’s as important as winding up a deceased persons estate. You are pathetic at customer service when things go wrong

    Don't ever get @TalkTalk broadband, it's awful. Goes off quite regularly and sometimes it's off for multiple hours like today. They will deny it's their fault aswell. Trash ISP.

    My allegations have been covered up by everybody in authority BTGroup TalkTalk @PoliceEport @RoyalMail Yet I was still ruined through no fault of my own #Masonry using its influence to bring me down & give my business to John now James of #Neston in exile in #USA @ElSenala

    @TalkTalk No. I'm in Skelmersdale. You have an outage somewhere. Been like this since 12am. Comes on for an hour, goes off for 4 hours. I'm not wasting my time with stuff that's not my fault. Done this too many times in the past.

    @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

    @TalkTalk been without internet since 16:30 yesterday afternoon last. Was advised there was an outage and somebody was looking into it however no updates since 17:00 and now you’re ignoring my DM’s. Awful company

    @TalkTalk I dd! Update 7/8/22 3 mths asking 2speak 2 manager..still no! Asked 2 cancel nope, got uncooperative person trying 2 sell an upgrade..point of me buying upgrade when they can't fulfil my current contract?? No Internet,speed 0.4 contract 5? angers,stuns, bamboozles me?? #talktalk

    Absolutely appalling service from @TalkTalk wife can’t work for 9 days now. Staff using a ‘one size fits all’ approach asking an IT pro ‘can you check if the router is switched on’. Absolute sh1t #brodband #talktalk

    @TalkTalk I’ve done that several times and the results are always the same. One representative openly said and I quote “I cannot help you”.
