@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

My 85 yr old Aunty has now had NO internet from @TalkTalk for 10 days and repeated NO SHOWS from engineers being blamed by TT on @openreach @BTGroup letting down this vulnerable single pensioner in not fixing her link to the outside world #disgraceful

@TalkTalk @welderstig you have a choice! You have a £153 million net income. To tell people they'd pay a fixed amount for 18 months and then renege on this is underhand and poor business practice. No way would I recommend you as a company to anyone.

my dad Tesco Broadband years ago. It was sold to @TalkTalk who have never contacted him, given him an account number or had any relationship apart from direct debit on my bank acc. In March we wanted to cancel, but nobody would talk to us cause he doesn't have Home Phone.
