The FOURTH time this year our internet has stopped working and each time it takes DAYS for an emergency engineer to come out. (They don't work weekends, excuse me!?!) My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!
