@TalkTalk Everyone on TalkTalk in my postcode of BA3 has no internet. So it’s not just me. It’s a huge problem with your service here so no point me messaging you. Just hope it gets fixed soon!!!

  • WebkinsWorld Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

@TalkTalk my broadband is not working well. It’s so slow. It was fine last night. Is it because of the update? I’m in BA3

  • WebkinsWorld Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

Argh no broadband for 10 days. I was upgrading @TalkTalk to fibre but cos my bathroom took so long I had to cancel engineer appointment. Made it home today to no broadband and cos I have just found out I have covid I can’t get an engineer in.

  • carolynd076 Carolyn Donoghue (@carolynd076) reported from Kingswood, England

@TalkTalk It’s not my stress it is @EmmaYhnell and you keep saying it wil be sorted but it isn’t. Very poor

  • WebkinsWorld Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

I don’t believe @TalkTalk need an engineer here to turn it back to working (as they managed to change it to not working without coming near my home) they just won’t do it. Now I am stuck at home for 10 days with 3gb of data on my phone. Totally let down when I’m ill!

  • JemRoberts Jem Roberts (@JemRoberts) reported from Bathford, England

It’s clear that if our society now functions on broadband connection, and one company can go down and wipe out a huge swathe of workforce, we are all buggered. @TalkTalk

  • runlouist Louis (@runlouist) reported from Dundry, England

Talk talk helping you stay connected? I literally have to restart my router to do anything. Horrible speeds for months since I joined. Can you suggest anything? @TalkTalk

  • carolynd076 Carolyn Donoghue (@carolynd076) reported from Kingswood, England

@TalkTalk Hi I don’t have an issue - you say the team are sorting out Emmas issue but I think you said that last week. I am just feeling her frustration and hope you can get it sorted soon. Thanks

  • RysiaRhys Rysia Rhys (@RysiaRhys) reported from Bristol, England

oi, whats up with @TalkTalk in Bristol!? not working at all! not able to work today and I have freaking deadlines !!

  • cyberco ... (@cyberco) reported from Bathford, England

@SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

  • LNraider L0ND0NRAIDER (@LNraider) reported from Wells, England

@onlyapound @TalkTalk I've actually had some very good customer service and engineers come out from EE over the last couple of years if you're looking for alternatives

  • bas_again Ben Shimmin (@bas_again) reported from Ashwick, England

Dido Harding is in charge of the UK government’s “Track, Test, and Trace” service. She was the CEO of TalkTalk when they got hacked in 2015 and had no idea whether the customer data was encrypted. (Astonishingly, she has a degree in PPE - not the equipment one - from Oxford.)

  • alundpughe Alun D Pughe (@alundpughe) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

@TalkTalk Haha don't think that came across as cleverly as you think Joey. I was just asking if there was a plan to improve what even your people have agreed is a very poor service (not your fault, it needs an infrastructure update) so throwing T&C's at a customer isn't especially cool...

  • WebkinsWorld Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

Avoid @TalkTalk guys. Been a loyal customer for years. Come home from being away to find they have changed my broadband so I can’t connect to the internet and I have covid and they won’t revert it back to how it was working (which didn’t need an engineer coming near my home). 💩

  • JadeyBum1990 Jade Tant 🍉🦩 (@JadeyBum1990) reported from Street, England

@TalkTalk We messaged last weekend as our internet cut out for a couple days. LAST WEEKEND. Yet again, same issues less than a week later! This is unacceptable! We even had an engineer sent out who checked our line and said it was fine, so it’s a problem your end to fix today!!!

  • alundpughe Alun D Pughe (@alundpughe) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

@TalkTalk I am very aware that, being legally stuck at home, broadband use has massively increased. Having 2 children on separate Google classes whilst I take Zoom calls has really shown how inadequate the service is for current needs. I have no prob paying increase if it means improvement

  • MilesMartin_ Miles Martin (@MilesMartin_) reported from Bristol, England

@TalkTalk Scam company! Contract ends, cancel DD, no way of cancelling in account, call up, doesn’t log call, continues billing, call again, charges for 7 days of a disconnected service, ask for a call, passed bill to debt collection 👍🏻 @TalkTalk is a joke

  • JadeyBum1990 Jade Tant 🍉🦩 (@JadeyBum1990) reported from Street, England

@TalkTalk Day 4 of paying for a service. This is absolutely not good enough. At a time like this, we are totally disconnected from family. I’m not able to FaceTime my mother, who’s at home alone with 2 broken ribs. We need this sorted today!

  • AllanChard Allan Chard (@AllanChard) reported from Bristol, England

Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

  • WebkinsWorld Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

@emmatown4 @TalkTalk Thanks so much! I’m so upset about having no broadband whilst I’m ill. They didn’t need to come in to change it to not working so I can’t see why they won’t revert it back. Think I might change my internet supplier now after being a loyal customer for so long!

  • Lozarghh Laurena (@Lozarghh) reported

@TalkTalk just sending a message like requested. We have checked in the service centre and it says it’s all good but we still aren’t able to use the wifi? No pages load or it’s extremely slow and we are sitting in the same room as the router, please advise?

  • Morley80Rob Rob Morley (@Morley80Rob) reported

@TalkTalk TalkTalk WiFi is generally pretty awful now, only so many times you can call and try to find a solution, Looking forward to my contract ending, won’t be renewing.

@TalkTalk our internet has been down since yesterday morning. This is really annoying.. is this something you can look into.. have reset the router and everything.... light keeps flashing amber on the front?

  • RickGuttridge Rick Guttridge (@RickGuttridge) reported from Sale, England

  • Cyclenut23 Jazz 🎺🚲🛶🏍🐶🐾 (@Cyclenut23) reported

@TalkTalk you have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. You have also just cost me £23 on the phone and the issue is still not resolved.

  • BoothyCraig Craig (@BoothyCraig) reported

@TalkTalk my broadband keeps dropping every five minutes or so and has been since last night, yet your service checker says there's no problems?

  • webba50 bullshittingboris (@webba50) reported

@ruthbratt I use NOW broadband which is part of Sky & have had no problems. Where fibre isn't available they use some form of replication software to get fibre speeds. The only other supplier to do this is talktalk who should be avoided at all costs
