@willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

@emmatown4 @TalkTalk Thanks so much! I’m so upset about having no broadband whilst I’m ill. They didn’t need to come in to change it to not working so I can’t see why they won’t revert it back. Think I might change my internet supplier now after being a loyal customer for so long!

Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

Argh no broadband for 10 days. I was upgrading @TalkTalk to fibre but cos my bathroom took so long I had to cancel engineer appointment. Made it home today to no broadband and cos I have just found out I have covid I can’t get an engineer in.

@TalkTalk I am very aware that, being legally stuck at home, broadband use has massively increased. Having 2 children on separate Google classes whilst I take Zoom calls has really shown how inadequate the service is for current needs. I have no prob paying increase if it means improvement

@virginmedia Cant advise anything apart from theres an issue in the area and it may be fixed by the 6th. And like clock work, it's all stopped working at 5.50pm again. I've been with TalkTalk, Sky and BT, and none have ever been this bad!

@talktalk I have been waiting since Nov 30th for my broadband installation, I've called 9 times, I've allegedly had 3 appointments booked with @WeAreOpenreach, none they have actually attended. Is this supposed to be customer service it's an absolute joke!

@SkyHelpTeam I must say Whether its @TalkTalk or @SkyUK . Service is absolutely rubbish. No Broadband and No Phone line working for past 3 Days on Sky. Had same issue with TT.Openreach Engineer is coming Tomorrow. That is 3 days after the outage. Also working from home.

Was going to carry on streaming Persona 4 this eve but went to stream and yet again my Internet has disconnected. I would recommend NOBODY gets Internet with @TalkTalk I've had ongoing connection issues for about 3 months now that haven't been resolved, awful.
