-
Cloudgazer (@cumulojimbus72) reported from Portishead and North Weston, England
@TalkTalk I’m going around in a loop. My internet keeps dropping out. Your automated checks say the line is fine. It isn’t. Your customer service advisor said they can’t send out an engineer because the line is fine. It really isnt. I’ve done that for a week. It keeps dropping out. Help!
-
Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England
I don’t believe @TalkTalk need an engineer here to turn it back to working (as they managed to change it to not working without coming near my home) they just won’t do it. Now I am stuck at home for 10 days with 3gb of data on my phone. Totally let down when I’m ill!
-
Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England
Avoid @TalkTalk guys. Been a loyal customer for years. Come home from being away to find they have changed my broadband so I can’t connect to the internet and I have covid and they won’t revert it back to how it was working (which didn’t need an engineer coming near my home). 💩
-
Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England
@emmatown4 @TalkTalk Thanks so much! I’m so upset about having no broadband whilst I’m ill. They didn’t need to come in to change it to not working so I can’t see why they won’t revert it back. Think I might change my internet supplier now after being a loyal customer for so long!
-
Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England
Argh no broadband for 10 days. I was upgrading @TalkTalk to fibre but cos my bathroom took so long I had to cancel engineer appointment. Made it home today to no broadband and cos I have just found out I have covid I can’t get an engineer in.
-
Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England
@TalkTalk Everyone on TalkTalk in my postcode of BA3 has no internet. So it’s not just me. It’s a huge problem with your service here so no point me messaging you. Just hope it gets fixed soon!!!
-
Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England
@TalkTalk my broadband is not working well. It’s so slow. It was fine last night. Is it because of the update? I’m in BA3
-
Miles Martin (@MilesMartin_) reported from Bristol, England
@TalkTalk Scam company! Contract ends, cancel DD, no way of cancelling in account, call up, doesn’t log call, continues billing, call again, charges for 7 days of a disconnected service, ask for a call, passed bill to debt collection 👍🏻 @TalkTalk is a joke
-
Alun D Pughe (@alundpughe) reported from Midsomer Norton, England
@TalkTalk I am very aware that, being legally stuck at home, broadband use has massively increased. Having 2 children on separate Google classes whilst I take Zoom calls has really shown how inadequate the service is for current needs. I have no prob paying increase if it means improvement
-
Alun D Pughe (@alundpughe) reported from Midsomer Norton, England
@TalkTalk Haha don't think that came across as cleverly as you think Joey. I was just asking if there was a plan to improve what even your people have agreed is a very poor service (not your fault, it needs an infrastructure update) so throwing T&C's at a customer isn't especially cool...
-
Louis (@runlouist) reported from Dundry, England
Talk talk helping you stay connected? I literally have to restart my router to do anything. Horrible speeds for months since I joined. Can you suggest anything? @TalkTalk
-
Allan Chard (@AllanChard) reported from Bristol, England
Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk
-
Louise Vargas 🐘 (@MissWriteUK) reported from Avonmouth, England
@TalkTalk That's not what your customer advisor told me yesterday. Fibre 150?
-
Carolyn Donoghue (@carolynd076) reported from Kingswood, England
@TalkTalk It’s not my stress it is @EmmaYhnell and you keep saying it wil be sorted but it isn’t. Very poor
-
Carolyn Donoghue (@carolynd076) reported from Kingswood, England
@TalkTalk Hi I don’t have an issue - you say the team are sorting out Emmas issue but I think you said that last week. I am just feeling her frustration and hope you can get it sorted soon. Thanks
-

@TalkTalk want to cancel, still in grace period. Have emailed, called, tweeted. Please cancel so @bt_uk can connect us. This is ridiculous! You’re now hijacking our line.

Absolutely no surprise. Ofcom releases latest stats for broadband complaints it received between October & December 2022. 1. Shell Energy 2. Vodafone 3. TalkTalk 4. Virgin Media. Not only are Vodafone useless they also deliberately ignore an are greedy for customer’s money
-
Vecnaria Yamaoka (@Vecnaria) reported
@TalkTalk i pay for 900 down 100 up and i only get 100 max. Pure fluctuations too on full fibre. Aint that fun?
-
Jess ⭐️⭐️ (@Jesss_Chels) reported
@TalkTalk I have called your customer service line and got it sorted now Thanks
-
Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported
If I’ve got standard broadband with @TalkTalk and they are not providing a useable service despite acknowledging I’m overpaying why would It be any better if I locked myself in to a long-term contract with them.
-
Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported
@Ofcom if @TalkTalk can’t provide a decent service can I expect a decent service from another provider using the same copper lines. Logically I think not so I’m hesitant to lock myself in with anyone
-
Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported
@Ofcom i’ve been with @TalkTalk for about 20 years are they not obligated to provide me with a broadband service that works without me having to pay for an engineer to look at it or lock myself in to an even more expensive deal
-
Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported
@Ofcom @TalkTalk say they will send an engineer but I will have to pay £75 if they can’t find the problem. They’ve sent an engineer before who hasn’t been able to find a problem. He said I needed to sign up to fibre
-
Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported
@Ofcom I’m being charged £50+ a month. My internet drops out constantly and I can’t stream, use zoom or upload files. @TalkTalk imply that because I have not locked myself in to a fixed contact they don’t have to fix it. Is this right?
