    @TalkTalk I've been a loyal TT customer for many years and have recently moved house. I was told that for 10 days I would not have my new landline or broadband in my new house. However this10 days became 10 days + 3 + 3 + 5 HELP PLEASE 07780654046 no one is doing anything!!!!!

    Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk I’m going around in a loop. My internet keeps dropping out. Your automated checks say the line is fine. It isn’t. Your customer service advisor said they can’t send out an engineer because the line is fine. It really isnt. I’ve done that for a week. It keeps dropping out. Help!

    @TalkTalk Scam company! Contract ends, cancel DD, no way of cancelling in account, call up, doesn’t log call, continues billing, call again, charges for 7 days of a disconnected service, ask for a call, passed bill to debt collection 👍🏻 @TalkTalk is a joke

    @willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk it’s really hard trying to come to terms with the loss of my wife recently, but you are not helping by 0141 286 4323 constantly calling my wife’s phone, I wouldn’t care she was never a customer, I need you to stop these calls immediately!

    @Just_Ashton7 @TalkTalk No still stable, maybe the switch is causing a problem, try to connect the ONT box directly into the eero and see if the problem persists. Trial of elimination.

    @TalkTalk I've just found this. Planned outages on TWO days for 'improvements' you should have the #1 business in the world all the outages you have, sadly not. Which mastermind decided to have an outage for all the working day ? Unbelieveable! Only TT would do it.

    @TalkTalk I'm actually getting tired of getting zero help for this, I am so adamant on switching and I will not pay the "leaving fee" for a shambolic service I've been getting and paying for Fibre 65 without being informed that my street cannot even achieve those speeds

    @TalkTalk I know. You've been saying that "your engineers are investigating the issue as a high priority" since early this morning, and still NOTHING. It's really frustrating and particularly inconvenient being without emails (and not just sending out, but also receiving) ALL DAY LONG.
