    Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk I’m going around in a loop. My internet keeps dropping out. Your automated checks say the line is fine. It isn’t. Your customer service advisor said they can’t send out an engineer because the line is fine. It really isnt. I’ve done that for a week. It keeps dropping out. Help!

    @TalkTalk Scam company! Contract ends, cancel DD, no way of cancelling in account, call up, doesn’t log call, continues billing, call again, charges for 7 days of a disconnected service, ask for a call, passed bill to debt collection 👍🏻 @TalkTalk is a joke

    @willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk @Alanmulgrove Alan - ask for a manager from the CEO’s office to get involved. My 85 yr old Dad had problems cancelling Talktalk as well. Got assigned a manager from CEO’s office, after complaining & it all got sorted. 👍🏻

    1/. TalkTalk are a serious problem. Their AI bot can only understand questions concerning setup etc. My TV Box stopped working. On 11th. November I sent the transcript in which I explained that I had exhausted all means of bringing it to life. Requested replacement box - simple.

    3/. TalkTalk lack of customer care. 9th. December. TalkTalk downplayed it to a "Complaint" "If your complaint remains unresolved for 8 weeks, you can also use our alternative dispute resolution scheme.." It's not a complaint, it is a dead TV box!! Supply a replacement. Simple.

    @TalkTalk Hi, our Internet has gone down for around 5mins at around 2hr intervals today from 7am, can you please confirm if this is due to ongoing maintenance? Router light remained white for the whole time, doesn't seem to be an issue here.
