@virginmedia @mycalltwo My experience is also just playing pop music at me, I need the account shut down and engineers called off before the 9th. I need talktalk to know virgin are not taking over the line. If I'm left without net access, thanks to your poor service, ofcom will be hearing about it.

Credit where it's due. Broadband went down Wednesday. 1 call made to @VodafoneUK, engineer out on Thursday, all fixed. In comparison to @TalkTalk who took 11 days and 6 calls to get fixed at the other property. Surely will be switching.

@TalkTalk , what a shame. Today you were able to transform a very satisfied customer in a VERY ANGRY customer in less and 45min... First you let me waiting in a queue for more the 30 min to request a cancellation, that you could have easily dealt online.
