So apparently when you try to cancel your @TalkTalk service their reps lie to you and tell you it'll be faster to have your new provider process a service change request to cancel your old TalkTalk service, but your new provider says that's impossible. smdh.

@TalkTalk Just had an engineer round to look at my router/modem as my broadband/WiFi keeps on cutting out. He's left and it's still doing it. Can you actually fix this!

@TalkTalk Hi I was told there's a problem between my home and the exchange so an engineer will be sent out but will take 2-3 days, that means I will have had no phone or broadband for almost a week, I would like to be compensated for the inconvenience please!

@TalkTalk Internet down from 6am this morning. Call from mobile were to costly to speak with someone. Opted for a chat with Nicole on live chat and was told that it was at a cost of £9:29. So no service and paid for the privilege. Feel let down.

hi I'm Johnny Knoxville and this is being a loyal @TalkTalk customer! [3rd engineer in 3 weeks turns up at house unannounced at 7.30am, completely shuts the wifi off and says it's fixed, leaves] AAAAARRRGGGHHHH! [a load of simple men with their bums out stand around laughing]

@TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk @TTB_Partner came and fix my broadband today they left with a line not working. I have a sky line that was working until this morning. I was told my router is the problem & I was told I need a new one and I should upgrade to the hub router. No Internet
