@TalkTalk After a day of messing around finally got through to the 3rd level of cancellations and now they expect me to pay up until 21st may as need 30 days notice, very poor after trying to pass on account. Terrible service from talktalk.

@TalkTalk Your customer service is shockingly bad. Your internet service is shockingly bad. Had the phone put down on me. The service has been shocking for months you haven’t done one thing to help. I’ll I’ve been told on the phone is charge for this charge for that.

Most of the @TalkTalk customers helpline is situated in Africa. Average call last more then 45 minutes or more. Rarely your issues will solved. My regret doesn't become yours. Think before you sign up to talk talk broadband.

@TalkTalk I asked that I am contacted by email or post and you to tell me what you will do to resolve my complaint this has not happened. As you have not been forthcoming I would like you to upgrade me to the next speed level for the duration of the contract and no additional cost
