@TalkTalk @Alanmulgrove Alan - ask for a manager from the CEO’s office to get involved. My 85 yr old Dad had problems cancelling Talktalk as well. Got assigned a manager from CEO’s office, after complaining & it all got sorted. 👍🏻

How bad are the broadband and energy companies websites apps and live chats. @EONhelp app has been terrible all morning and 3/4 hours to get through on the phone. I think they are using the COVID as an excuse sometimes. And don’t get me started on @TalkTalk
