@talktalk engineer has been out and there is still an orange light on my router even after an engineer has been out. Looks like I have no internet to support my clients suffering from social isolation.

About, slagging off engineers who are pulling ridiculously long shifts to get the network up and running again. "I'm on talktalk and mines still off, I'm on BT and mines still off.." etc. 1) its nothing to do with your provider. 2) be patient, there are people working hard..

@TalkTalk Try Wigan! Last night not long after midnight, our Internet reset and refused to work properly. After a line test, suddenly fixed. Tonight it's done the same thing. Router reset, can connect to Internet but speed is slow and refuses to connect to any Talktalk website.

Shout out to @TalkTalk who have managed to cut off my 95 year old Nan’s phone line before Christmas when she’s going to be mostly by herself. I swear Dido Harding is trying her best to be the very worst thing about 2020.

@TalkTalk hi, when i called Talk talk and had disconnected my service, i was told that my account is closed from 20th Oct’20 onwards, why am I being sent another bill for Oct then? Please DM me ASAP for account number etc.

Over two hours on the phone to talk talk @Ofcom @TalkTalk. Then another 1hr plus. Now n another call for 45 mins and counting. Problem not solved

@TalkTalk Hi TalkTalk don't send the new Fibre 35 Router i have got my nearly new Dsl 3782 Router Modem Working again. the problem was with my Phone Landline i have just had This Checked out and Tested. i have an older o/s Windows Vista that is Great Thank you from jeremy

@ghostreporter1 @TalkTalk Just caught up with this. What's happening? Is there an update? I ditched @talktalk years ago over appalling customer service, very sad, but not surprising, to see they haven't improved
