@TalkTalk It’s really not acceptable. My internet has been down all day and still no resolution?! In Northolt and getting very frustrated as have been a loyal customer for many years but getting close to thinking enough is enough. When can we expect this to be fixed?

And so the saga with @TalkTalk continues. My grandpa, a loyal customer, is being forced to pay more money each month for his TV because he is elderly with dementia and is unable to work an app to get his sports. Honestly can't believe we are still having to deal with this!!

@TalkTalk please could you address the letters I’ve sent & chats I’ve had concerning my broadband. I cancelled it in June, in enough time, I was not in a contract, you acknowledged this & I’m now receiving emails from Debt recovery? This is exactly why I cancelled, poor service.

@TalkTalk My elderly mum has no means of communicating with all the phones and Internet down.... Not acceptable talk talk.... The beeper she has if she falls is useless as it runs of the WiFi....

@TalkTalk Hi no internet connection since yesterday in Northolt talked to customer service and all they saying there is nothing wrong from their side and its all working fine as the test they did showed nothing wrong. This is so frustrating situation as no resolution
