    Trying (yet again) to contact @TalkTalk to discuss compensation for all the problems that I have been having with my broadband.if somebody had actually listened to me, everything would have been sorted much sooner - but they just follow a set formula.

    @TalkTalk Don’t expect any reasonable recompense. @TalkTalk will simply say that they closed the issue, and that there was no significant problem.

    @TalkTalk is there any way to escalate an open case? I've been wittily Internet for over 24 hours now whilst the "networks team" deal with the issue but I get the feeling that my case is just sitting in a queue somewhere.

    @TalkTalk please help sent a DM having to go through the same numerous checks and no one is listening to me - I was asked by Nico last night to get access to a land phone so he could check for a crossed line - the phone is completely dead and no one is listening to me!
