The result is no, we will take our £10 saving and go to Vodafone, but if @talktalk had volunteered the better price proactively we wouldn't even have looked. I hate the way utilities treat their customers, and I know this is not unique. Terrible #customerexperience.

@TalkTalk Wired with everything, only mobiles wireless. Every device reporting less that 10Mbits. Router states 80 and no issues. Tried several router restarts, no improvment
