@TalkTalk @Alanmulgrove Alan - ask for a manager from the CEO’s office to get involved. My 85 yr old Dad had problems cancelling Talktalk as well. Got assigned a manager from CEO’s office, after complaining & it all got sorted. 👍🏻

@TalkTalk my parents are with you for their internet and TV. They are elderly and self isolating and their tv/internet connection is terrible. Theyve called customer service and hear your 'we're having issue pre-recorded message'. Please help!!

@TalkTalk Is your service down in the Nottingham area??? My mum has had no Internet since Friday, she had an engineer visit a month ago and now she's lost it all again!! There is no point asking me to DM you with regards this as I live 200 miles away and am unable to assist her!!!

@wanderwithpels I was with VM for like 3 months, honestly terrible. Eventually switched to TalkTalk, VM agreed to waive the cancellation fee bcs they saw how **** they were

@barnseygirl @ParisZarcilla Ooh does this help? I have 2mbps with TalkTalk and I can’t split the router or change channel with them (been on LOOOONG tech calls with them).
