    @TalkTalk I've been a loyal TT customer for many years and have recently moved house. I was told that for 10 days I would not have my new landline or broadband in my new house. However this10 days became 10 days + 3 + 3 + 5 HELP PLEASE 07780654046 no one is doing anything!!!!!

    We’ve lived here for just over a month, yet it’s the second time @TalkTalk have turned off our WiFi, and we can’t get through despite being no hold over 10 mins. Great when you need internet to work & get no signal in flat (sent this from out the window lol. REALLY NOT HAPPY 😩

    @TalkTalk . Ombudsman complaint upheld, Talk talk found guilty of 15 counts of failure of customer service, I'd avoid them like the plague. Court action starts today now we've caught them in lies too

    @TalkTalk I’ve lived at my current address since the middle of July now. We’ve complained about our WiFi and was told to give it a month. Still my internet connection is no better and can only receive a signal in 2 rooms in the whole house! 1/2

    @TalkTalk @MaisiePetherbr1 I think the first thing most people look at is the router tbh. You’re inundated with complaints tonight from customers in different areas explaining the same issue. Yet all we get are same questions from different people, running same tests but no resolution and no cust service
