    Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

    @willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk Haha don't think that came across as cleverly as you think Joey. I was just asking if there was a plan to improve what even your people have agreed is a very poor service (not your fault, it needs an infrastructure update) so throwing T&C's at a customer isn't especially cool...

    @TalkTalk I am very aware that, being legally stuck at home, broadband use has massively increased. Having 2 children on separate Google classes whilst I take Zoom calls has really shown how inadequate the service is for current needs. I have no prob paying increase if it means improvement

    @TalkTalk I've been a loyal TT customer for many years and have recently moved house. I was told that for 10 days I would not have my new landline or broadband in my new house. However this10 days became 10 days + 3 + 3 + 5 HELP PLEASE 07780654046 no one is doing anything!!!!!

    @TalkTalk Scam company! Contract ends, cancel DD, no way of cancelling in account, call up, doesn’t log call, continues billing, call again, charges for 7 days of a disconnected service, ask for a call, passed bill to debt collection 👍🏻 @TalkTalk is a joke

    @MittenDAmour The password to access the WiFi network isn’t (or shouldn’t be) the same as that to access the admin page of the router. I’m not sure about TalkTalk specifically but many now ask you to change the admin password as part of the setup process..

    @TalkTalk Pls send me a DM so I can reply. I have never used a Smartphone, except recently (without a sim) to take pictures & forward them to my Gmail. After the 1st TT outagage over xmas, Microsoft recovered my TT emails in Ourlook with mistakes I hadn't been able to access & correct

    @TalkTalk My husband is having a nightmare with TalkTalk. We were supposed to be connected June 11, there was a problem with the line, told everything now sorted for June 28 (for days&days) and now told to cancel order to restart? This is unacceptable.

    @virginmedia It says ‘No network issue found’. I spent half an hour doing what your chatbot was suggesting this morning. I am a software engineer team lead wfh in need of a reliable connection. I had more issues with @virginmedia in 3 months than with @TalkTalk in 5 years. I am disappointed

    @TalkTalk I am on a Chromebook on TT home WiFi. The DM envelope is down the side. I can't see a banner. On the left of your tweet there is a small coloured "TalkTalk" with "For Everyone" underneath. I can't access TalkTalk site & had TT emails through Outlook & bills by post for years.
