    @willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

    @BesmirZekaj3 @haveigotnews When she was at TalkTalk, I warned them about internal unencrypted data traffic and unsegregated network layers.... shunted under the carpet and outsourced IT to Tata....a few years later, data breach, Dido had to getting even heavier things to screw up
