Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, EnglandAvoid @TalkTalk guys. Been a loyal customer for years. Come home from being away to find they have changed my broadband so I can’t connect to the internet and I have covid and they won’t revert it back to how it was working (which didn’t need an engineer coming near my home). 💩
-
Carolyn Donoghue (@carolynd076) reported from Kingswood, England@TalkTalk It’s not my stress it is @EmmaYhnell and you keep saying it wil be sorted but it isn’t. Very poor

Miles Martin (@MilesMartin_) reported from Bristol, England@TalkTalk Scam company! Contract ends, cancel DD, no way of cancelling in account, call up, doesn’t log call, continues billing, call again, charges for 7 days of a disconnected service, ask for a call, passed bill to debt collection 👍🏻 @TalkTalk is a joke
-
🌟Jan Morris🌟#FBPE (@Janannemorris) reported from Bristol, England@willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.
-
John Crinion (@johncrinion) reported from Flax Bourton, England@TalkTalk My name is John Crinion I moved house on 17th May I have been charged an increased monthly bill for broadband, landline and TV in my new home about 30% increase, I've been a loyal TT customer for many years - I'm still waiting to be connected
-
Louis (@runlouist) reported from Dundry, EnglandTalk talk helping you stay connected? I literally have to restart my router to do anything. Horrible speeds for months since I joined. Can you suggest anything? @TalkTalk
-
Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England@emmatown4 @TalkTalk Thanks so much! I’m so upset about having no broadband whilst I’m ill. They didn’t need to come in to change it to not working so I can’t see why they won’t revert it back. Think I might change my internet supplier now after being a loyal customer for so long!
-
Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England@TalkTalk my broadband is not working well. It’s so slow. It was fine last night. Is it because of the update? I’m in BA3
-
Alun D Pughe (@alundpughe) reported from Midsomer Norton, England@TalkTalk I am very aware that, being legally stuck at home, broadband use has massively increased. Having 2 children on separate Google classes whilst I take Zoom calls has really shown how inadequate the service is for current needs. I have no prob paying increase if it means improvement
-
John Crinion (@johncrinion) reported from Flax Bourton, England@TalkTalk you are still doing nothing to give me the services I've been paying for 13 days - I've nothing but broken promises - please CONNECT ME -John Crinion
-
Bristol Blue Gas (@bristolbluegas) reported from Bradley Stoke, England@Craigie121 @TalkTalk Service in the UK is absolutely getting worse. Still trying to get some sense out of @HiveHelper!
-
Alun D Pughe (@alundpughe) reported from Midsomer Norton, England@TalkTalk Haha don't think that came across as cleverly as you think Joey. I was just asking if there was a plan to improve what even your people have agreed is a very poor service (not your fault, it needs an infrastructure update) so throwing T&C's at a customer isn't especially cool...
-
John Crinion (@johncrinion) reported from Flax Bourton, England@TalkTalk why are you treating me so badly - my name is John crinion I have been a TT customer for many years and now I have moved you have increased my bill I have no landline broadband or TV you will not communicate with me today is day 18 in this mess - PLEASE HELP
-
Cloudgazer (@cumulojimbus72) reported from Portishead and North Weston, England@TalkTalk I’m going around in a loop. My internet keeps dropping out. Your automated checks say the line is fine. It isn’t. Your customer service advisor said they can’t send out an engineer because the line is fine. It really isnt. I’ve done that for a week. It keeps dropping out. Help!
-
Ali Carter (@dolalyali) reported from Midsomer Norton, England@TalkTalk I seem to be having problems with getting on social media through my internet.

Awake not Woke (@Jones6240Jones) reported@TalkTalk I've 'stayed connected' for 20 minutes, waiting for a response to the fault on my landline. You're getting dangerously close to losing a customer!
-
Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk That wasn't the point. Obviously at the point of sending that post I HAD regained access to the internet. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!
-
CrimBarrister (@CrimBarrister) reported@TalkTalk your website is showing supposedly no issues in my area but I have woken up to no internet & DownDetector showing multiple issues. Can’t get thru on the phone despite your lines supposed to be open from 8am and no response when I try to contact via LiveChat. Useless!
-
THE Rev. Quantum Bigfoot ♿️ #FLTG OG Anti-RGB OAP (@TheLimpingMerc) reported@rellierae Also ‘TalkTalk’ Indian call centre is selling customer info to hackers as had several accounts tried to be setup using the email I have only used to setup TalkTalk account (alias that goes to catch-all account that has only been used for that purpose).

Pratab Ali (@pratab_a) reported@DrMarianaClaire @TalkTalk I left talktalk in March 2025 best decision I made. Price increase £35 for 75M. Moved to Vodafone £25 for 150M. Talktalk worked over cityfibre and regularly had random outages their end. Vodafone also on cityfibre. No problems so far. There was one outage but that was explained.
