    @TalkTalk Scam company! Contract ends, cancel DD, no way of cancelling in account, call up, doesn’t log call, continues billing, call again, charges for 7 days of a disconnected service, ask for a call, passed bill to debt collection 👍🏻 @TalkTalk is a joke

    @TalkTalk I've been a loyal TT customer for many years and have recently moved house. I was told that for 10 days I would not have my new landline or broadband in my new house. However this10 days became 10 days + 3 + 3 + 5 HELP PLEASE 07780654046 no one is doing anything!!!!!

    @TalkTalk I am very aware that, being legally stuck at home, broadband use has massively increased. Having 2 children on separate Google classes whilst I take Zoom calls has really shown how inadequate the service is for current needs. I have no prob paying increase if it means improvement

    @willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

    Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Haha don't think that came across as cleverly as you think Joey. I was just asking if there was a plan to improve what even your people have agreed is a very poor service (not your fault, it needs an infrastructure update) so throwing T&C's at a customer isn't especially cool...

    @TalkTalk Had no internet since last night again - rebooted/ unplugged all cables / switched off at wall. Called the office rubbish service it’s like they read off a script! Only been with you 2 months had endless internet issues - lost all faith that you can provide a reliable service

    @TalkTalk Hello @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk customers , my internet service is lost for 60 hours already and I was slightly hopeful of resolution as they said it will take 24-72 hours.. but interestingly the wonderful Talk Talk customer service team is telling me it's 72 working hours.GREAT.

    My new @TalkTalk broadband is slower than promised & unstable. Webchat is mentioned on the website but there are no links to it. So I'm using Twitter DMs, and they are totally ingoring my requests to get the bill reduced until the service is up to spec. Did you see the same?

    @TalkTalk Terrible service, leaving a vulnerable person who has a life line button linked to a phone line that now doesn't work and have been given an estimate of 2-3 working days for an engineer to look into the problem. Awful.

    @MagentaKoru @theblackcatsays I used to work for TalkTalk, and I would definitely say avoid. I experienced so many issues with numbers not being transferred (usually because of going from one loop to their local loop unbundled system... Pain in the arse)

    @TalkTalk Try reading the tweet. The “complaints team” did your job because you couldn’t be bothered. The complaint was about your team not helping and abandoning me mid conversation without a telling me because your shift ended. Don’t take credit for other people’s work.
