@TalkTalk I seem to be having problems with getting on social media through my internet.

  • WebkinsWorld Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

@TalkTalk Everyone on TalkTalk in my postcode of BA3 has no internet. So it’s not just me. It’s a huge problem with your service here so no point me messaging you. Just hope it gets fixed soon!!!

  • alundpughe Alun D Pughe (@alundpughe) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

Uggh trying to watch the #rugbyworldcup2019 on my @TalkTalk internet connection is a horrible experience

  • Janannemorris 🌟Jan Morris🌟#FBPE (@Janannemorris) reported from Bristol, England

@willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

  • WebkinsWorld Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

@TalkTalk my broadband is not working well. It’s so slow. It was fine last night. Is it because of the update? I’m in BA3

  • WebkinsWorld Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

@emmatown4 @TalkTalk Thanks so much! I’m so upset about having no broadband whilst I’m ill. They didn’t need to come in to change it to not working so I can’t see why they won’t revert it back. Think I might change my internet supplier now after being a loyal customer for so long!

  • cumulojimbus72 Cloudgazer (@cumulojimbus72) reported from Portishead and North Weston, England

@TalkTalk I’m going around in a loop. My internet keeps dropping out. Your automated checks say the line is fine. It isn’t. Your customer service advisor said they can’t send out an engineer because the line is fine. It really isnt. I’ve done that for a week. It keeps dropping out. Help!

  • carolynd076 Carolyn Donoghue (@carolynd076) reported from Kingswood, England

@TalkTalk Hi I don’t have an issue - you say the team are sorting out Emmas issue but I think you said that last week. I am just feeling her frustration and hope you can get it sorted soon. Thanks

  • BeaTz780 Daniel 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 BeaTz (@BeaTz780) reported from Avonmouth, England

@bt_uk Just done this but no problems “apparently”. So I’m either making it up or there is a fault. Can this get fixed or my next call is to @TalkTalk

  • WebkinsWorld Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

Avoid @TalkTalk guys. Been a loyal customer for years. Come home from being away to find they have changed my broadband so I can’t connect to the internet and I have covid and they won’t revert it back to how it was working (which didn’t need an engineer coming near my home). 💩

  • WebkinsWorld Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

I don’t believe @TalkTalk need an engineer here to turn it back to working (as they managed to change it to not working without coming near my home) they just won’t do it. Now I am stuck at home for 10 days with 3gb of data on my phone. Totally let down when I’m ill!

  • alundpughe Alun D Pughe (@alundpughe) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

@TalkTalk Haha don't think that came across as cleverly as you think Joey. I was just asking if there was a plan to improve what even your people have agreed is a very poor service (not your fault, it needs an infrastructure update) so throwing T&C's at a customer isn't especially cool...

  • WebkinsWorld Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

Argh no broadband for 10 days. I was upgrading @TalkTalk to fibre but cos my bathroom took so long I had to cancel engineer appointment. Made it home today to no broadband and cos I have just found out I have covid I can’t get an engineer in.

  • MilesMartin_ Miles Martin (@MilesMartin_) reported from Bristol, England

@TalkTalk Scam company! Contract ends, cancel DD, no way of cancelling in account, call up, doesn’t log call, continues billing, call again, charges for 7 days of a disconnected service, ask for a call, passed bill to debt collection 👍🏻 @TalkTalk is a joke

  • MissWriteUK Louise Vargas 🐘 (@MissWriteUK) reported from Avonmouth, England

@TalkTalk That's not what your customer advisor told me yesterday. Fibre 150?

  • AllanChard Allan Chard (@AllanChard) reported from Bristol, England

Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

  • clairesharpe_ ✨ Claire Sharpe ✨ (@clairesharpe_) reported from Bristol, England

@TalkTalk want to cancel, still in grace period. Have emailed, called, tweeted. Please cancel so @bt_uk can connect us. This is ridiculous! You’re now hijacking our line.

  • carolynd076 Carolyn Donoghue (@carolynd076) reported from Kingswood, England

@TalkTalk It’s not my stress it is @EmmaYhnell and you keep saying it wil be sorted but it isn’t. Very poor

  • alundpughe Alun D Pughe (@alundpughe) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

@TalkTalk I am very aware that, being legally stuck at home, broadband use has massively increased. Having 2 children on separate Google classes whilst I take Zoom calls has really shown how inadequate the service is for current needs. I have no prob paying increase if it means improvement

  • runlouist Louis (@runlouist) reported from Dundry, England

Talk talk helping you stay connected? I literally have to restart my router to do anything. Horrible speeds for months since I joined. Can you suggest anything? @TalkTalk

  • BradburyMaureen Maureen Bradbury - #THE HORSES MOUTH #FBPE (@BradburyMaureen) reported

@Twitter Twitter always says I'm logging in on a new device. I always log in on my chromebook from my home TalkTalk WiFi (I don't have a sim) & the time is 8 hours slow (but n time ago is always right). My Chromebook location (on Twitter) keeps changing & is up to 15 miles wrong

  • LeanneMumford3 Leanne Mumford (@LeanneMumford3) reported

@saintssara @chrisibenegbu @TalkTalk Mine is still down also. Not getting anywhere with them either.

  • WillSnell1 Will Snell (@WillSnell1) reported

@TalkTalk So a promise to not increase prices for the term of your contract is really not a promise at all, surely you can be taken to court for breaking a contract, which will cost you a damn site more than what every you make from the increase.

  • scottyf82 Scotty (@scottyf82) reported

@TalkTalk I'm sick of of trying to talk privately. You keep fobbing me off despite constant issues. Utter dogshit customer service from you. I'll phone up tomorrow to waste yet more time sorting it.

  • clsyoshimoo Evil batman (part time) (@clsyoshimoo) reported

@TalkTalk is there a problem in greater Manchester, the internet keeps dropping out

  • WillSnell1 Will Snell (@WillSnell1) reported

@TalkTalk You keep saying the same thing, I have just sent a complaint to Cisas, You are breaking a contract, and therefore are liable.

  • DebbieKilby Debbie Kilby (@DebbieKilby) reported

@TalkTalk jo I am having problems direct messaging you - I am appalled at your service and my treatment by Jess in the home moving team. My parents are clinically vulnerable and if they do not have their phone installed by @TalkTalk it will become a safeguarding issue.

  • scottyf82 Scotty (@scottyf82) reported

@TalkTalk Well definitely is a lie, because I've had issues for 16 months...

  • deanholden Dean Holden (@deanholden) reported

@TalkTalk I think the wording you are using doesn't help theb unfortunately. 'No reported incidents in your area' in your responses seems like you're saying noone else has reported it and "it's just you" which we are all seeing isn't the case.
