    Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

    @willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk OMFG. You really must have the worst customer service team known to man. Spent 4 hours holding on the phone (a good hour sat at first in the queue) finally get put through to an advisor & the line goes dead. Funny when it is really close to the 8pm finish. Wasted my eve

    @TalkTalk worst customer service going. Haven’t got a clue what’s going on. Took out a broadband and multi room tv package nearly 2 months ago. Got my router fine. But fu£k me trying to get the tv boxes is like blood out a stone
