Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

@willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

Every night my internet completely shuts off for a few minutes between 12 and 2 am. I know this for two reasons. 1) if I'm watching something it stops loading. And more importantly 2) when I am downloading my work for the next day the download crashes and stops. **** talktalk.
