@willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk I am very aware that, being legally stuck at home, broadband use has massively increased. Having 2 children on separate Google classes whilst I take Zoom calls has really shown how inadequate the service is for current needs. I have no prob paying increase if it means improvement

Having a nightmare with various @TalkTalk departments trying to sort out my ex-UFO full fibre contract. Knowledge within the company on what the options are is abysmal. It's a shame I've had pretty good service for 15+ years... @TalkTalkGroup

@TalkTalk I did, as per usual, no timescale given for a fix. It's only been on 3 weeks since the last 3 day outage 🙄 really regretting moving to talk talk. Another promise of compensation for loss of service, which I won't get again.

Thanks @OpenreachHelp and @TalkTalk for lying all day long by saying "we will fix your internet problem today" and leaving us without connection. Nothing works without internet and they don't even know what they are doing or what is wrong. a total s*itshow in the middle of London
