@TalkTalk I’m going around in a loop. My internet keeps dropping out. Your automated checks say the line is fine. It isn’t. Your customer service advisor said they can’t send out an engineer because the line is fine. It really isnt. I’ve done that for a week. It keeps dropping out. Help!

@willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

My connection is unstable again @TalkTalk , this is becoming and often occurrence and is hindering me from getting my work to clients. If this keeps happening I’ll be cancelling my contract at the end of the month and go with @VirginMediaCorp instead.
