    Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk We messaged last weekend as our internet cut out for a couple days. LAST WEEKEND. Yet again, same issues less than a week later! This is unacceptable! We even had an engineer sent out who checked our line and said it was fine, so it’s a problem your end to fix today!!!

    @willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk I have requested on several occasions for a higher manager to call me however the Team Managers at talk talk have refused. My issue has been going on for 7 days is this talk Talk policy?? If it is not then why is it happening to me??
