    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup how do you sleep at night? Badgering my 80yr old father into buying your fibre "upgrade". He was on the phone 2hrs, passed person to person when trying to cancel. £270 if he did. New equipment totally unsuitable. Broken home phone. Shameful. @Ofcom

    @TalkTalk I have a serious problem that needs immediate attention. I changed provider last year around July and I am still receiving monthly charges and the account has been passed on to collections!!!

    Hi @TalkTalk one of my users can't connect to my VPN using standard Windows protocols via your system. I understand it's a router / firmware issue and port forwarding resolves it. Do you have a 'How to' guide you can point me to please? They have a sagemcom router.

    @TalkTalk Trying to cancel a 900mbps package, was told it is cancelled then i still receive 2 of the EERO Boosters in the mail, when i call up TalkTalk Support I’m told my details that i have given are wrong so what do i do now just deal with it??? just let me cancel the order 😡

    @TalkTalk after an ongoing fault your team recommended I change provider as it’s something you can’t fix.I arranged a transfer for 20th March to Virgin but you disconnected my service 10 days early.Neither retentions or tech support are able to fix this. Help!
