I was upgrading @TalkTalk to fibre but cos my bathroom took so long I had to cancel engineer appointment. Made it home today to no broadband and cos I have just found out I have covid I can’t get an engineer in.

This is unacceptable! We even had an engineer sent out who checked our line and said it was fine, so it’s a problem your end to fix today!!!

I was just asking if there was a plan to improve what even your people have agreed is a very poor service (not your fault, it needs an infrastructure update) so throwing T&C's at a customer isn't especially cool...

Now I am stuck at home for 10 days with 3gb of data on my phone. Totally let down when I’m ill!
