Dido Harding is in charge of the UK government’s “Track, Test, and Trace” service. She was the CEO of TalkTalk when they got hacked in 2015 and had no idea whether the customer data was encrypted. (Astonishingly, she has a degree in PPE - not the equipment one - from Oxford.)

@TalkTalk Day 4 of paying for a service. This is absolutely not good enough. At a time like this, we are totally disconnected from family. I’m not able to FaceTime my mother, who’s at home alone with 2 broken ribs. We need this sorted today!

@TalkTalk trying to become a new broadband customer of yours was quite difficult just now as when you need to choose engineer date then confirm it, it then stops and doesn't go further. I tried 3 times and nothing. So... I had to look elsewhere and opted with @skytv @TalkTalk 😔

Why do @TalkTalk @bt_uk & many firms persist with having a "Customer Services" team in India,Philippines & other Far East countries when they can't understand an English dialect & we struggle with theirs! Stop being cheap with your customers and #KeepitintheUK #DontUnderstand

@TalkTalk Hi, yes I’ve called that number 4 times already in the last hour and no-one appears to be able to help?!? The last person I spoke to said TalkTalk no longer offer “multi room” which I don’t believe.... what department should I ask for?

@TalkTalk the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I’m now on my 10th phone call - clocked over 2 hours on the phone and I’ve raised a complaint - agreed callback times which haven’t happened - avoid at all costs

@TalkTalk Hi Julian, no need, I think we actually spoke on Messenger. It is more of a complaint in the sense that you should not be offering Fibre65 to customers when the speed is not achievable, in fact identical to the Fibre35 that I had with Talk Talk. It is misleading to say the least.

@TalkTalk getting fed up now with my speed dropping down to 2mb at this time of night. What is going on? Ridiculous!
