Dido Harding is in charge of the UK government’s “Track, Test, and Trace” service. She was the CEO of TalkTalk when they got hacked in 2015 and had no idea whether the customer data was encrypted. (Astonishingly, she has a degree in PPE - not the equipment one - from Oxford.)

@TalkTalk Day 4 of paying for a service. This is absolutely not good enough. At a time like this, we are totally disconnected from family. I’m not able to FaceTime my mother, who’s at home alone with 2 broken ribs. We need this sorted today!

@ThatTimWalker She's good at hiding stuff, like when she was CEO of TalkTalk & hid the fact their call centre staff were (and still are) passing/selling customer details to the scam centres.

@TalkTalk We don’t need you to confirm that, the residents of Fareham did that for you, as you clearly have such non existent monitoring You just needed to acknowledge that publicly & stop 100s of DMs where you privately admit it, as this is grossly inefficient customer service

@TalkTalk How would this help everyone? It just buries the problem behind the scenes. Just be open & honest that there is a problem, what you are doing & eta for rectification; it’s really not that difficult, is it? @TJBarnes_Uk was told publicly no issue, and immediately on DM there was😡
