@TalkTalk Day 4 of paying for a service. This is absolutely not good enough. At a time like this, we are totally disconnected from family. I’m not able to FaceTime my mother, who’s at home alone with 2 broken ribs. We need this sorted today!

  • OliversSherbs Oliver's Coffee House (@OliversSherbs) reported from Sherborne, England

@TalkTalk very unhappy with service after you sold me a broadband phone package. 10 days for engineer visit. Then you told me service was live but it didn’t work. Hours spent on phone trying to get someone to realise that. 5 days later a cube engin’r. Said not synced. Now have (1

@TalkTalk We messaged last weekend as our internet cut out for a couple days. LAST WEEKEND. Yet again, same issues less than a week later! This is unacceptable! We even had an engineer sent out who checked our line and said it was fine, so it’s a problem your end to fix today!!!

  • bas_again Ben Shimmin (@bas_again) reported from Ashwick, England

Dido Harding is in charge of the UK government’s “Track, Test, and Trace” service. She was the CEO of TalkTalk when they got hacked in 2015 and had no idea whether the customer data was encrypted. (Astonishingly, she has a degree in PPE - not the equipment one - from Oxford.)

@TalkTalk I called on behalf of a voter in my ward today who has no landline service due to a fault. It’s his lifeline as mobile service is so poor where he lives! You told me it would be fixed today, it’s not! You’re closed now! C’mon you must do better for the vulnerable

  • MNikiOct Marina Nikacev (@MNikiOct) reported

@TalkTalk I have been having problems for about a month. The Internet is just not working. Breaking up constantly. Had the engineer to check it. Bought the new "amazing" router. Didn't help. HELP

  • Strollback Alan Rushforth (@Strollback) reported

@TalkTalk Thanks Chris. I've managed to book an appointment now. Can I ask why I have to accept the earliest possible appointment to get automatic compensation? I'm still paying for a service you're not providing. Why do I have to jump through hoops to not pay for the pleasure?

  • MilkyMoo027 MilkyMoo027.TTV🐄🥛 (@MilkyMoo027) reported

@MidnightCorvus9 I know what you mean. I've tried TalkTalk again and so far no problems at all. Of course, not telling you to choose TalkTalk, just sharing my experience with you but I do suggest finding other broadband because £50 a month for ****** service is basically throwing money away

@TalkTalk I will indeed DM you the details. TalkTalk along with every other company we have to deal with, simply do not have a procedure to deal with a client/customer who becomes ill with dementia, it's a very sad situation.
