    @TalkTalk said they were going to send me a new router as they concluded the new one they just sent me was broken. They promised 3 days. Nothing happened a week later. Odd how everything that should be straightforward is so complicated. Wonder why that is!?

    @TalkTalk I don't need assistance, I'm done with you lot- I now have a service seven and a half times faster, guaranteed no drop outs (Like every other day on Talk talk) and it's a full ONE POUND cheaper per month. 500Mbps for less than the £34 you were charging, no need for DM's It's here

    @TalkTalk I have a problem and need to speak to you. I took my mobile into EE recently for a problem with the phone that wouldn't swipe. The guy there said the phone had a virus and deleted apps including yours. Now I can't get TT back & not recognised!

    @TalkTalk for the last 3-4 Fridays my internet has not worked. It will usually connect on a Saturday afternoon. I have had enough of talk talk the service is not great and I'm tired of complaining. If I were to join BT how long would it take to disconnect from Talk Talk

    Hello @TalkTalk why am I unable to find any offers for TV and broadband when logged into my account, but when I visit your website without logging in I have access to several tv/broadband packages that would interest me. I've only been a customer of yours for 12 years by the way!
