    @TalkTalk Hello my friend advised me to write as he’d already raised my poor experience with talk talk a few days ago. I have been charged for a month that I had no service, 3 engineers came out in covid ,2 into my home! I was told there’s no fibre so I’ve constant buffer.

    @TalkTalk may I ask why you have taken our money for an order We placed, but keep telling us that the order was never done and no money was taken, when in fact, it shows on our bank account that you have? Also your staff keep hanging up everytime we mention it!

    @TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

    @TalkTalk after being loyal customer for years, you cannot even process one simple home move. So you disconnect us without warning, your advisor can't say why our account is suddenly inactive?! What a #rubbish service! Might just close down my account and goodbye! #angry
