    @TalkTalk I have had no internet from 29th November, I’ve phoned every day since and getting nowhere it is a disgrace no help and told I can’t leave because the problem will still be there. I have 2 sons who rely on wifi for school work and they are missing out please help!

    @AdrianCoxMusic @TalkTalk Used them for one year 2006-7. Hated it and will never return. If they're not providing the service you're paying for dump them. I've been with @Plusnet happily ever since, including seamless transfer during a house move.

    @TalkTalk , thanks for the email telling me my issue is resolved . IT ISN’T. It’s exactly as it was two weeks ago. . I have heard nothing from your “compliant manager “ either . I can imagine that they are very busy .🤔.

    @TalkTalk Seems I have an outdated talktalk router despite sale's saying it would be ok, 2 tech support saying an overnight download was needed at the exchange & 1 saying new router required. You dont know what your doing do you?

    Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband
