@TalkTalk Absolutely shocking customer service! Cancelling my dads internet because some potential buyers on his house told you they wanted to switch provider! Ignored my dad when he said he wasn't moving yet and cut him off. Then told him you can't reconnect him! Poor.

@TalkTalk I have an appointment on Friday 9 September to have Fibre broadband installed in my property. This date is not convenient also I do not have the required number of sockets. I have been trying to cancel this without success no reply to my emails. How do I cancel?
