    @TalkTalk I rang your complaints team on her behalf and pressed the option to cancel her account and managed to get through to someone. She was sent the wrong router with no phone port. They're sending out a new router. I've also registered her as needing additional accessibility support.

    @TalkTalk Good morning. I've woken up this morning to find I have no internet. Router rebooted twice but no joy. Your planned maintenance apparently does not affect local area. Can you help?

    @JonnyP_11 @TalkTalk Happens to us all the time. Random drop outs every 20 minutes or so. Everything is impossible. Son is trying to do GCSE’s online and we can’t even watch Netflix in on device without it buffering for minutes at a time. Appalling service. Cancelling and don’t expect a fee to do so.

    @TalkTalk Worst broadband ever!!!! These lot said I was gonna have internet on the 31st and we’re gonna send an engineer out on the 5th between 12:00-15:00?????? Someone explain why it’s gone for 4pm and no Ones come to my apartment?!!!!

    @TalkTalk Support is essentially read list of questions to try pin fault to your hardware, when that doesnt work its a line test, if that comes back ok you dont have a problem and they dont want to know. My daily reminder - Dont join them ever for the sake of your health!

    @TalkTalk Hi I upgraded to fibre65 a little over a week ago and since then we have had very slow broadband.The salesman on the phone told me I would notice a big difference & I have but not a good one! Incredibly frustrating, tried going to online support and it’s not helpful.
