Every time I call it takes 45 mins to get through, then you get passed between departments taking another 30 minutes. Each one asking for security verifications. They cant even record the complaint right #talktalk @TalkTalk

I have to chase for updates, but never any successful outcomes. Now, you cant even process a contract renewal properly - chance to charge me for money? Terrible.

A 7-day cancellation was agreed on 12/9 and ‘disconnection’ confirmed on 19/9. A REFUND to me of £40.50 is now VERY overdue. #TalkTalk
