    @TalkTalk I rang your complaints team on her behalf and pressed the option to cancel her account and managed to get through to someone. She was sent the wrong router with no phone port. They're sending out a new router. I've also registered her as needing additional accessibility support.

    @DeborahMeaden When leaving @TalkTalk after, but not because of, a data breach which exposed customer records she took a full year's salary of £550,000 despite only working two months of the year. That tells us all we needed to know.

    @TalkTalk Unable to send DM from your X messaging link? This intermittent Wifi and No internet, is really annoying, especially when I've only recently renewed a contract with you! No problem on my line, so I guess it's your servers?

    @TalkTalk absolutely terrible customer service and even worse internet service! 100% would not recommend, emailed customer service giving it 14 days for a response and will follow up with ofcom as it’s impossible to have a conversation with anyone who can help.

    @TalkTalk Customer service is unmatched. When your broadband dies, you cannot speak to anyone. They text a link so you can report the fault…using the broadband that isn’t working. So, if you’ve no mobile data, it’s perfect: you need the internet to tell them you don’t have the internet.🙄

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @TalkTalk That wasn't the point. Obviously at the point of sending that post I HAD regained access to the internet. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!

    @TalkTalk Hi Unfortunetly your talktalk page, wont allow me to do DM when i click it keeps going to the home page.. We have been on the chat online also and using the app have tried to resolve with no change in status (result repeatedly showing weak signal). Outage since 4th of April

    @NPhil1 @TalkTalk I mean, customer services weren't open at the time of the outage, how would you expect them to leave a voice message? By rubbing Mystic Meg's crystal ball the night before?

    @TalkTalk My Mother’s home telephone line is currently not working. Tried to do some routine fault finding using online guides, but nothing has resolved it. Unable to make or receive phone calls in her flat so can you please advise/assist?
