@TalkTalk Noluthando, i have spoken with the management team also, on numerous occasions. I have persistently chased this issue and the service has been awful at every step. Is it acceptable to not have internet for so long without resolution?

@TalkTalk Internet also down. Online states you are there 24/7 365 days a year but yet close. The msg on the phone then tells you to go online to see the opening hours, you with no internet 🙄
