    @TalkTalk I rang your complaints team on her behalf and pressed the option to cancel her account and managed to get through to someone. She was sent the wrong router with no phone port. They're sending out a new router. I've also registered her as needing additional accessibility support.

    @DeborahMeaden When leaving @TalkTalk after, but not because of, a data breach which exposed customer records she took a full year's salary of £550,000 despite only working two months of the year. That tells us all we needed to know.

    @TalkTalk That page doesn't show any incident in my area. So, my internet isn't working, I've reset my router, your agents aren't replying on live chat, and you're not prepared to help. Great. Thanks a lot.

    @br_nning The same government that wasted £37 Billion an T&T. By the way, where is Dido "failure " Harding? Buys updating the CV? Silly me. She doesn't need one. He pals will find her a job no matter how bad she screws up. It's good to TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk I tried that thank you, hoping talk talk will have fixed this issue by tomorrow. Problems for numerous of us in the area - really big impact if still down by morning

    @TalkTalk Thanks Mike for your proactive approach now. Decided long ago against TalkTalk. Am sticking by that. If you can sort out Mike Yardley @YardleyShooting I will be more than happy to believe your customer service has improved.

    @TalkTalk Did you read a single word I wrote? I am not looking for technical support, the whole service is down in my area. Obviously I have tried resetting my router, multiple times. I am in Midlothian where numerous people are reporting an outage. GET IT SORTED!
