@DeborahMeaden When leaving @TalkTalk after, but not because of, a data breach which exposed customer records she took a full year's salary of £550,000 despite only working two months of the year. That tells us all we needed to know.

@O2 it seems to be OK at mo thanks. Just seems whenever I have issues with TalkTalk broadband I also have probs with O2 mobile - not sure if the two use the same network/connected?

@Elprincesso No, we're not connected. If there are lots of people in the area on Talktalk who all lose service at the same time it would cause extra strain to the mobile networks in the area though, this could be what you're experiencing. We're glad to hear it's working for you though. 💙

Please @talktalk just be patient until I leave on the 6 Feb. Can I have some basic wifi to teach my classes? I know you can't but please try for a few more days! I hope I'm not asking for too much. P.S. since I ended my contract wifi is down to zero and new bill nearly double!

@TalkTalk Absolutely shocking customer service!! Was just on the phone to customer service when she decided to do a system update while I was on the phone !! I only wanted to know why my bill was high !

@TalkTalk I’ve been on a live chat over over an hour and a half now and still not sorted. They won’t allow me to speak to a manager. Account should of been cancellation Dec and still not sorted!!! Poor

@Adazh_ @TalkTalk That would be why land lines are complete scams and you should never trust @TalkTalk. They'll scam you and "accidently" add charges.
