    @OpenreachHelp The workaround to excessive and inept use (misuse?) of AI/‘automated’ customer assistance and service delivery, where the customer cannot reach a human being, is for the customer to send a letter to the business concerned. It applies to TalkTalk and to OpenReach. Thanks.

    @TalkTalk do u think it’s acceptable to have customers on hold 4 over 2 hr when the issue can only able be resolved over phone and not online? Even worse I seem to be going from 4 in the queue back up to 8 regularly! Oh, and you didn’t ring me back after a call back request. 🤬

    @TalkTalk Spent the best part of 2 days trying to cancel my account. Currently trying to call though for 3rd time.. Am now caller 24 after starting as 40. With a toddler, a job and a move I really don't have time for this.
