@DeborahMeaden When leaving @TalkTalk after, but not because of, a data breach which exposed customer records she took a full year's salary of £550,000 despite only working two months of the year. That tells us all we needed to know.

@OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk looks like I’m going to be having bad internet connections over the weekend as it’s gone again! Been experiencing this for well over a week now and still no date provided when you will have it resolved.

@TalkTalk The complaints team were the ones who advised this could only be sorted by cancellation and new service order. However here we are again. It's like groundhog day combined with dumb and dumber. Bottom line is that we are being promised FTTP but Talk Talk keep ordering Gfast..

@charlotte2153 Charlotte, I was banking on Freedom Fibre and TalkTalk coming to Winwick, to give us a chance at decent fibre (FTTP) internet that BT/Openreach have failed to supply. Can you check if BT Openreach plan to extend the service here too?

@TalkTalk Why is this? Are there additional costs associated with installing FTTP that Talk Talk are trying to avoid? Unacceptable to attempt to charge us for 2 installs, multiple engineer visits, 2 sets of p&p for equipment and monthly fee since April 12th despite constant service loss

@Ha_na_Ba_na_na @TalkTalk @Ofcom Shocking service. We've been signed up since the 12th of April. Promised full FTTP. Charged for it (fibre 150), but had only GFast installed. Been advised by complaints that we need to cancel and sign up again. 13th of May the SAME thing happened. #incompetence
