@TalkTalk My sister is trying to get an internet connection in her new home. She ordered the service on 5 July. Told there is a connection issue. Tried multiple times to resolve. Different answer every time. She needs internet to be able to work. Nobody is helping her. What should she do?

@TalkTalk It would be nice if you actually messaged customers back as I have now been sat here with out internet for coming up to 3+ hours and no help whatsoever from anyone from your company and I will be putting in a complaint about this as I pay a lot of money for your service

@TalkTalk I signed up at the end of May for broadband and I was meant to have got an Amazon voucher but I never received it. Can you advise what to do about this?

@TalkTalk I have sent DM. Not a single person has been able to help so far. Multiple phone calls. Told something different each time. She just wants to be able to work in her home. It shouldn’t take over a month to sort an internet connection.
