    @TalkTalk following fareham exchange outage yesterday still no bb. Unable to process card payments talktalk business support closed until Tuesday 8am. So I will be spending another hour of my time Tuesday chasing talktalk to do there job again.

    @TalkTalk I have checked with my cousin next door he has the same router as me and the problem seems to be power lead need a new one I guess

    @TalkTalk I'm a broadband customer and due fibre upgrade which is great. However, broadband speeds for the last 3 days have been so bad it's unusable and customer service have told me to just wait till fibre is activated. #isp #customerservice

    @TalkTalk DM? 🖕🏻 You should be publicly shamed for this complete shambles. Just over 28 hours. How long it took for the red light to go green again. What good would a DM have done? You just telling me to switch it on and off? Then what? Just go **** myself when it still didn't work?

    @TalkTalk think I need to replace my hub. Constantly dropping every device, I can't maintain connection to my SkyQ box, Netflix or Amazon. I've rebooted so many times it's beyond stupid. Can I use my old plus net router to connect to talktalk's internet?

    @TalkTalk no wifi/broadband since 28th December, no phone signal so basically off the grid. Promised calls back, nothing received. Worst service I have ever experienced. Website says open new years day, not able to call. Same today!!!

    @TalkTalk Have now spent over two hours trying to get explanation and help as to why my dad's internet connection with you is down. He's 89, was widowed last week and is very dependent on this connection as we're trying to sort things out.
