    @pugpugvw1 @fmwales It is slow enough as it is with the extra demands from the wfh & online learning. Even @talktalk have admitted that & invest in more broadband. Raising prices £2 per month to pay for it. Luckily on a fixed contract for now. Hidded joys of business reliance on home broadband.

    @OpenreachHelp Thanks Frazer. OpenReach more responsive than ISP How do ISPs see a sync speed history <0.5mbps yet fail to look after their customers in relation to basic line termination #mastersocket .. This is failure of @talktalk, and @BT_uk before them.

    @TalkTalk @sciolisthjf LOL - I’m not with @TalkTalk but it amuses me that the price of a “fixed price” plan can increase. Never assume that “fixed price” means fixed price! Beware the shades of grey. Shame you have to read the small print to understand the key points about a contract.

    @TalkTalk I’m sure that you breaking your word with your customers is legal (that’s why you had to allow me to terminate the contract forthwith). But why should I believe your new fixed price plus promise when you so clearly broke your previous fixed price promise?
