@TalkTalk are literally the worst internet provider ever - on the phone over two hours last week to ask why my internet is so horrendously slow. Told they could change my settings, which has made it worse, or pay £120 for an engineer to come out and then tell talk talk the 1/2

@TalkTalk as promised: just got a message saying Skype has used loads of mobile data. But I was on WiFi surely? Nah, it cut out. I now only have 300mb of data left until the 18th of Jan. That's been 1.7GB in 2 days because your service is awful.

@TalkTalk y don’t you deliver on your promises? Meant to go live with your service on the 16th. No contact to tell me this wasn’t happening and after being on the phone for 2 hours I’m told I just “have to wait” until at least the 21st. Shocking and unacceptable!

@TalkTalk Loving the tag line "reconnecting people at christmas." Perhaps you could reconnect our Internet that's been off since 10th Dec. Total let down. 6 days in isolation with no Internet. Totally crap service.
