.@TalkTalk still refusing to cancel an 84 year old lady’s subscription despite her telling them on the phone she wants it cancelled. The service has never been connected and they won’t send out anyone to connect it either… disgusting company happy to steal from the elderly

@TalkTalk I was on hold for a total of 52 minutes and the phone was put down. I’ve had my installation date changed, 8 days after I’ve cancelled my current provider and the staff just told me it’s tough really. I’m annoyed.

@eliseybell we were with talktalk for a while and had pretty awful speeds/connections—they don't offer fibre in our area (se london!!!!) eventually switched to virgin after months of engineering works but even that's p tempremental; seems to be more re where you live than anything

Any internet recommendations? The amount of work I have lost due to @TalkTalk the past few weeks is unreal! Absolute appalling service. I don’t want part of my bill back I want my lost wages!
