@TalkTalk Multiple tests have been conducted. What else is left to test? The state of entropy in the copper wires between my house and the telephone exchange? The very sub atomic particles of the diodes and semiconductors. Alas My router is broken beyond remote intervention.

I was only able to send this because I have a very sympathetic @vodafone customer who shares his broadband allowing me to continue working. @TalkTalk don’t give a toss about their customers or keeping the country working. @Ofcom

@GailMyerscough I recently had to fix a problem with my elderly and recently-widowed m-i-l's TalkTalk account, and it was agonisingly frustrating. I eventually realised why, when I found out that the only solution involved moving the account to BT. Can't think why TalkTalk didn't point that out.

@Whizzbizz1234 @TalkTalk We have just waited unsuccessfully for the fourth promised appointment to upgrade our fibre. Today they try to tell us that we cancelled the visit. We most certainly didn't. They say sorry and lie. You never speak to the same person twice. It is now beyond a joke.
