    @TalkTalk are you guys open today? It says you are for essential services. My grandma who is by herself is going spare and doesn't know what to do as she has had no Internet service since yesterday. Its meant she's not been able to facetime anyone since she has no Internet!

    @TalkTalk What d'you mean by Support? Just spent 4.5 hours trying to access my acc-your useless CS person went as far as making me give her my fkn password...this is poss something i shd publish? This is not counting the last two months torture trying t get through...support=threats???

    @TalkTalk cancelled the anytime calls boost a few weeks ago and received confirmation, but now my bill includes it again and it seems to be turned back on when I look at my boost pages. Can't get to live chat for some reason. Can you help?

    @TalkTalk sorry, talktalk this has been going on for far too long. Slow wifi signals everyday. How can I be using Wifi and it disconnects when connected. Fix up your services or I will leave your provider. How can you be the worst broadband? Unacceptable
