@TalkTalk That requires me moving the bed with a baby in my arms to look at the socket after you had me up and down the house 10x already today to turn my router on and off. I doubt this is a problem my end, it was a problem your end last time you fixed it by morning somehow

So #talktalk respond to my exasperated Tweet yesterday offering 'help'. So I gave them a chance. The help was a half-hearted four-direct message exchange, which solved nothing and I'm sat here now with no home broadband AGAIN. #CANCELTALKTALK

@TalkTalk Tristia Harrison's office has escalated the fault, an engineer is scheduled to visit tomorrow. Your online chat service offered next Wednesday but I declined as I felt 120 hours without connection was enough!
